Just picked up my new car from Coombs of Medway. And again great service from this family run business.

I bought my car from Coombs of Medway recently having found it on the AA website. Really nice family business, Excellent customer service, very kind and helpful. I've had a few problems with my car since I got it but they have been dealt with without any fuss at all.

My son purchased a black Honda saloon 07 plate just over a year ago from Coombs of Medway. The father and son team here were a real pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales techniques, plenty of time to inspect the car alone. After the purchase we had a couple of unforeseen problems. The problems were dealt with no hassle at all, in fact they went out of their way to see that we were satisfied. A year on car passed MOT with no problems at all. Highly recommend this garage, if only all car dealers were as genuine and helpful. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! Helpful, informative, courteous and not at all pushy. Impressively efficient. I am delighted with my car and would not hesitate to use Coombs again in the future should the need arise. Can't see I'll need to though as my new car is pristine and prepared to such a very high standard leaving the forecourt. Sam and Jim, a father and son team, have proven to be honest, accommodating and understanding of everything I required. I know without a doubt I went to the right garage. Thank you!

I bought a car 10 months ago from here with an MOT that had no advisaries. I took it for an MOT and it was so bad the underside was so rusted away they had to abandon the test as it was not safe to continue. It was basically only fit for scrap. This rust wouldn't of formed within 10 months so how it passed its previous MOT and the company thought it would be safe to sell. I have no idea. We paid the deposit by card but he seemed reluctant however we turned up not expecting to by so we had to no choice, however when we turned up to pay the rest he insisted on cash. (Very suspicious)

Bought a 12 year old Ford Ka for my daughters. Car was clean and tidy when bought and we did a basic visual inspection of the car. The rear view mirror was missing and the garage owner told us we could buy some sticky pads from Halfords and he would stick it on for us when we came to collect the car (not really what I would expect as a customer, but there you go...) Car was sold with 6 months remaining on the MOT. However, we had to scrap the car after 4 months ownership due to a £1300 repair bill consisting of master cylinder and chassis welding work. Our local garage (who we have used for over 15 years) told us the car was a rust bucket and were amazed that it had managed to get through the previous MOT. Unfortunately the dealer asked us to pay in cash when we collected the car as their card machine had (suspiciously) broken. Would not recommend the garage at all.
