This company do not care about their customers. Our BMW went in for repair and got burnt out whilst in there care. Two years later they have still not resolved our issue and have left us in an untaxed vehicle. Disgisting company owned by inchcape uk.

I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Manager is irresponsible seems like he doesn’t care about anything I didn’t understand how come this place still exist. Stay away trust me it’s not worth the hassle go elsewhere!!

Went for a visit today with the sole intention to buy a mini clubman. Our experience was absolutely awful and very regrettable! We were asked ridiculous questions that had no relevance, the sales ‘consultant’ was all of 12 years of age, had no social graces and was quite rude towards the end of our visit. The p/x price is literally kept from you right until the end until they think you are hooked on the intended car purchase and then they give you a very much undervalued price even though we received much higher quotes at other garages including another bmw garage. They would have definitely had a deal if the salesman wasn’t so arrogant and single minded! I just read the other reviews and seems like it’s not just us that had a terrible experience! Stay away from this garage....
Left my car for diagnostics. They kept the car for three days and when I called to check it turned out that they totally forgot about it. Avoid Cooper BMW Thames Ditton they don’t care about post-sales service.
Booked my car for service after confirmation from customer service agent Matthew that they would pick car from home and return it after service,On the day waited for pick up of car until 11.30am No one arrived. So Rang company spoke to Sam who said job cancelled as they don’t cover my area. His Supervisor Sandra had told him to cancel job.I said it was confirmed on the booking service that car wold be picked and I had email confirmation to this effect. Was told they should not have told you that.. I said that I had taken time off from work to accommodate pick up of car.Not very helpful. I asked to speak to the manager and was referred to Mark the after sales manager but he was not available to take the call.. left number of messages but he did not have the courtesy to resolve matters or return my calls. Sandra called and arranged for service for another day with loan car. When I arrived was kept waking for 45mins Complained to receptionist Slve who checked and said it looks as if Sam has forgotten about you.Afer waiting for yet more time slve said Sam is busy so she would take the keys of my car and I can be on my way. I said that a loan car has been agreed whilst my car was getting serviced.She said there is no loan car. I said I have got txt message from Sandra to Confirm loan car. She was very arrogant when I pointed message to her on my phone.Sam was called in by the supervisor Sandra and Eventually a loan car was made available. I came to collect my car later that day . A complimentary car wash and velat has been promised but when I arrived to collect the car this has not been done and I had to wait another 25mins before this was done. Left feed back with Sam to say management and staff require proper training in dealing with customers and communication skills He said he would pass on the feed back to his manager. I very much doubt he would have done that. Avoid Cooper BMW in Thames Ditton at any cost.

Took my BMW not a year old in for a rattling noise and high bite point on clutch. Was told each time by a member of staff at Cooper BMW a different story how they would handle it. Under warranty sir, will replace gearbox sir, then when it got booked in finally, they tried to palm it off as my fault. Another complaint, another test drive and they then acknowledged the fault again. It's now the 4th day that my car is there and noone bothered to update me as to the status of the repair. Tried calling- no one answers... Oh and their carpark is total chaos each time you have to be there.
My mistake - I vowed 4 years ago to never to use Cooper BMW in Thames Ditton again because of the disgraceful way I was treated when my car was serviced ( I have been really happy using London & Surrey cars in E Molesey who Coopers actually recommended me to years ago - Danny and his team are excellent ) but because of some recall notice I had to go back. I could give a breakdown of the disgusting treatment I received but suffice to say the vow I made 4 years ago has never been stronger. My family have been dealing with Coopers since the early to mid seventies ( 45 years or more ). Not any more and never again.
Car taken in for recall repair. Two weeks later no communication - no one picks up at the service desk, the reception says they will pass on the message. Even the national service line failed to get a response from Thames Ditton BMW!

Do not use Cooper BMW Thames Ditton. The salesmen in this dealer are really un-knowlagable about the cars and really do provide poor service to the customers. The car I came to look at was dirty and had many scrapes and dents in it! They then proceed to send pushy emails and just aren't very friendly.
Booked our car in at Cooper BMW in Thames Ditton for two recalls to be done. They picked the car up at about 11am after a few chase up phone calls. Was expected to be delivered back that evening, the car did not materialise and there was no call to say that it would not be dropped back. My wife chased with 5 phone calls the next day and was got back to at 2pm finally to say it would be back in 1 hour. When the car was delivered back I had a quick look in the boot and also at the dash. Black fingerprints all over the dash and beige leather seats. the guy delivering said that I would have to complain to the office. I looked at the car further after they had left and found the rear bumper had a crease on top of it and three wheels were kerbed. I have complained to aftersales manager Simon Dyer a week ago with no response as yet. I have tried calling and emailing. Nothing, just deafening radio silence
