All smiles and chatty when looking to buy cash, was told i could only have the car if i put cash down in full, so i did, i got a call later that day saying the dealer would now be closed due to Covid-19, now im completly out of pocket and with no car. Its been 10 days now, and the dealer refuses to repsone to my emails. Taking this to small claims court, AVOID these cowboys, they dont know what stock they have.

After waiting over 12 months for a BMW dealership to locate me a used BMW, and not having received one phone call regarding a possible car that may have fitted with my requirement, I decided to visit Cooper BMW York when I was in the area, and what a pleasant experience and conversation was had with the Sales Executive Ross Hamilton. The result of our meeting was that I purchased a Used car that was perfect for my requirements, The only negative was the delay at the time of handover due to a lack of communication between various departments within the business, other than that excellent service.

I've used Cooper York for my Minor service, Major Service and 3 Warranty repairs on my M140i. Each time the Service was as good as the last - perfect. I have dealt with both Service managers and Emma has been exceptional every time I have booked my car in. Her communications, Pricing and Service has been unlike anything I've ever received at other BMW dealerships. Each time I have collected or dropped my loan car off (2018 X2) my car has been cleaned and ready for collection without any delays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I just picked up my new BMW 520GT from Cooper BMW in York. The service I received from Ross was first class. He had an informative, good humoured approach which put us at ease and made the process really straight forward. I don’t change my car that often, and I thought Ross and the other members of the team who helped us, made it a really good experience.

New Customer to the area as just moved from Leeds. I must admit I have used Stratstone/Scothall Leeds for many years, but the Cooper York service Team are exceptional. Called in to set up my car on there database Andy the service manager read my key and noted a service was due in 900 miles and also a recall was outstanding - it had been for 19 months - missed twice by Leeds!! Car was booked in following day with a collection FOC - Andy actually collected the car and left his demo Returned in as new condition and discount on service to boot !! I won't go anywhere else now. Keep up the 5 start service guys.
