It looked lovely got in it lovely to drive, 3 days later the turbo went on it that came to get it gave me a noddy car to drive took ages to sort it had it back week n half later head gasket went on way to mans wake so lucky it wasn’t on way to funeral, so same again they had it I had a noddy car a couple of weeks later had it back, got round rye corner engine light came on, rang em they said drive 100 miles if it’s still on bring it back so again took it got a noddy car, took couple of weeks again something about crank shaft sensor, couple ov weeks again, and in all this time I ring 4 update and they all act like I’m in wrong for ringing but got it yesterday drove off oil light started flicking then an hour later engine light back on, so this is Liszt straw now, don’t want the car it’s a shed on wheels, they are either to incompetent to fix it or don’t car but either way I’m never going back

Having recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 unfortunately the vehicle acquired some issues .I reported them .they were on the case instantly they picked my car up from my workplace in Newport .unfortunately they were not able to rectify the problem they were very professional and apologized for the issues that had accrued .they gave me an option that if I was not entirely satisfied with my purchase to choose another vehicle with a full-price original payment that I had payed. I would definitely purchase and highly recommend them thank you Coopers Car sales
I was Mis sold a £18k ford ranger. Never valeted. Roller shut does not stay shut or lock. Ad blue fault, Advertised with false mileage. Two salesman told me the call ends hear and put the phone down.

Thanks Louis for your review. Constructive feedback is always appreciated. However in this instance I feel that we at Coopers Car Sales have indeed not miss-sold you a vehicle at all and you have chosen to omit some rather major points, I will explain thusly. Firstly we prepped the vehicle to your standards, most certainly did valet it and then secondly delivered the vehicle to your door as you requested. All the while taking phone calls from you outside work hours to try and help as best we could. When you called to complain of a broken lock we sent you a replacement lock as you refused to bring the vehicle to us to fit it. The lock indeed is merely a £13 lock as that is what they are fitted with from the factory, it's a no nonsense design. If we were able to fit the lock ourselves, i'm confident that there would be no issue. You then complained of an intermittent problem with a parking sensor. You were sent a genuine Ford sensor, again because you refused to bring the vehicle back for us to fit it. Again this isn't a problem as these items can be fitted rather easily at home without any diagnostic equipment. You then phoned some 5 months later to complain of an AdBlue fault. We offered of course to investigate the fault and repair it free of charge for you under warranty, and supply you with a courtesy vehicle whilst the repair was being conducted. The reason for this is because we would need to conduct a diagnostic check on the vehicle prior to a repair. You refused this offer and quite blatantly (and rather aggressively) told us that you would leave a negative review if your demands were not met. This is an attitude that we have not seen from any of our over 10,000 customers. This we firmly believe this is an incredibly unfair and unrealistic approach to the matter. The telephone was never put down on you, this is simply false. To re-cap, at no point have we ever refused to repair your vehicle and at no point have you ever had to pay a penny to have any fault rectified no matter how small on your vehicle. We have sold over 20 vehicles to the Leicester area this year alone and this is the first time we have encountered any problem with a customer. You explained that the reason you bought this vehicle from ourselves in South Wales and not more locally was because the deal was favourable. I'm sorry that you feel upset that we aren't able to meet your demands in regards to the nature of the repair but we feel that we have done all we can to help. The offer of the repair is still available to you of course. The mileage discrepancy would simply be because we had to deliver the car miles away to you. Driving the vehicle will put miles on there. I live a fair way from the dealership and it took over 3 hours to visit, I paid an amount for a deposit to secure a car while I waited till weekend to come down to buy. The car was not as described one bit, with loads of dents scratches and amateurish attempt of putting sealant on the side of the car. I obviously didn’t proceed with the purchase because of the damage and I was then refused my deposit back. Trading standards have been contacted and my bank is launching an investigation

I had been searching for weeks local garages for certain car one was advertised in the morning I was invited to look then at the car before valeted which I now own and very pleased with the service over next few days .

My Volvo developed problems which ultimately caused the car to break down. As it was 40 miles from the dealership I took it to My local garage,who promptly fixed the fault. I was reimbursed the cost of repair the very next day. Thank You to Luke at Coopers Car Sales.

Hi I got a car on Friday from Coopers Car Sales, a Nissan Algrand, paid a lot of money for it, there’s a few things I am not happy about ,it makes a terrible noise when starting up, the speakers in the front doors are not working and a light not working inside,for this price I paid I expect it all to be working,and if not fixed,I will take it further
