I recently purchased a Citroen Picasso from Cooper’s Cars South West and found the family business very helpful, friendly and true to their word. The business states that it relies on its reputation for honesty and transparency - values that attracted me to deal with them - I have not been disappointed.
I'd be looking for a particular car and came across at Golf at Coopers Cars, The car was clean and a decent price. Didn't have any problems so I'd recommend them.

Coopers Cars South West took the time to help us and could not have been more helpful, small family business and would definitely return.
Buy a car on a Thursday to sign for on Friday, to be told they've sold it to a guest, when you ring to arrange collecting. Terrible business sense. And no real customer facility, I wouldn't bother with Coopers Cars South West.

Dear sir, I am shocked by your review as our Cars, reputation and after service is everything to us and we are by far the most thorough used car dealer in the area, due are disappointed as a car you wanted was not available, a car is for sale until it is either paid for or has a deposit on it, due to everything being advertised on the internet we never know what is around the corner, viewings are also by appointment as we are not a forecourt, we will meet prospective customers early morning, late evenings and do not need to worry about the weather as we have superb indoor facilities, you are always welcome to call me to discuss further instead of placing very inaccurate reviews on here which is simply unfair.

Sadly sir (and this was explained to you at the time) that a vehicle remains for sale unless a small deposit has been received which you did not do, the car you wanted sold the day before you wanted to view.
Nothing bad to say! Great service and really good cars. I bought a Mitsubishi Back in May for a really good price and its a really reliable car. I am super happy and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Coopers Cars South West Limited is a long established family business that likes to think we differ a little from the norm, call us old fashioned but we at Coopers have taken things back to basics, good old fashioned service provided by a small friendly team that really care and love cars, also known as petrol heads! You will not find a salesman here and neither will you find anyone wearing a suit, more often or not you will be dealing with the owner of the business and none of the team is incentivised to sell, as we believe that if the car is prepared correctly it will sell itself, and ours do every day!
We are specialists in Luxury 4x4's and Performance Cars but will always have a good selection of family cars, estates and convertibles available, we will also source a specific vehicle if required, we usually have sixty cars in-stock so would hope we have something suitable for you.
All of our retail cars are handpicked by myself and go through a thorough pre-sales process including our workshop, body shop and valet service, we go through them with a fine tooth comb! The majority of our retail cars are sold with a brand new MOT, which is carried out by another garage as we feel it is inappropriate for a car sales operation to MOT their own vehicles. We also supply a comprehensive warranty which can be used at any VAT registered garage in the UK (subject to maximum labour rates), literally all you need to worry about is your insurance!
We always aim to work with our customers hence we ask that you call to book a viewing for your chosen car, this way we can always try and accommodate viewings at any time, early morning, late evenings and weekends. Our purpose built building is so well illuminated that it shows you the car in its true light, if it looks good in there it will look amazing on your driveway! Our reputation is everything to us and we always offer our customers complete transparency at all times and however while rare even our well prepared cars will go wrong occasionally. When this does happen we will always demonstrate the highest levels of service and support to ensure we help keep you motoring and enjoying your new car.
All associated paperwork is taken care of by us leaving you nothing to worry about, we also have a consumer credit license and can offer full finance services via Close Brothers Finance to help you afford that dream car you’ve always wanted.
