I purchased an audi from coral car centre yesterday evening. I arranged to view the car at 5 and got stuck in relentless traffic I was coming from 114 miles away and was now running very late. I called them in a panic they told me it was no problem and both sean and Paul waited for me when I eventually got there at about 7. There was no rush they made me tea and took the car into the neighbouring car wash so I could view it in the light. Paul sat with me on an extensive test drive as I was unfamiliar with the area the car was everything I was told it was. I was very happy with everything and will be returning its some distance from me but was well worth it. They have a customer for life in me

Before you buy. Just do a check at companies house. I do not judge. But its all seems a bit shady to me. Only my opinion. I am currently in dispute with them.

Coral car centre are not honest in my mind and here is why.
I had put a deposit of £500 on a car and due to change of circumstances I had to pull out, the time difference was 6pm that evening to the following morning when the Coral Cars opened. They told me deposit was non refundable and at the time of taking the deposit the person called Paul did not tell me about this, it is my fault I did not read the small print but they could have had the decency to admit their fault. They since sold the car and still refusing to give me any of my money back. 100% dishonest!

i work at coral carcentre & i remember this transaction, you came & viewed the car with your husband, you were with us for over 2 hours looking at the vehicle, test driving it & checking the vehicle thoroughly we reduced the vehicle to fit your budget, we also agreed to address some age related marks in the paintwork, we took a deposit from yourself & sent the car to the paintshop to have the paintwork corrected, the vehicle was also withdrawn from sale, it was 3 or 4 days later you called us to say you wanted to withdraw form the sale! it is clearly stated that a deposit is non refundable if you decide to withdraw from the sale, we did offer to transfer the deposit to another vehicle you said you were interested in but you declined, i resent being called a thief & i certainly did not hide the deposit declaration from you in any way, you were given a copy of the deposit slip & declaration which you signed, we also told you we had another customer interested in the car who we turned away on the strength of your deposit, we at coral are sorry you feel this way but our terms are very clear. I last bought a car from Coral Car Centre at their old site a few years ago and everything was so painless I decided to go back again. They've got loads of great german cars so I went with another BMW, the mileage and condition is excellent and I love driving it. The guys at the dealership are as helpful as you'd like and work hard. I definitely recommend them.
