I purchased a Nissan Juke from here back in July. On the day we went to see the car it wasn't on the forecourt so I didn't see it until after I payed out. When i received the car it wasn't very clean and the sat nav didn't work but some of the staff were quite helpful when It came to getting it sorted. Other than that I have had no serious issues and would probably recommend this dealership.

Stay well clear of this garage I put a deposit down on a car and changed my mind because I was messed about I've got more chance of winning the lottery than seeing my deposit just wished the ferret was still going to sort these guys out

Bought a car from these guys a few weeks ago. On test driving it, I mentioned a clunking sound to the salesman, who said it would be checked out and sorted when it was serviced before I picked it up. It wasn't, so I called them and they advised me to take it to a garage under the 1 month warranty. I took it to the garage, who booked me in to get a part on the suspension changed. When they went to repair it, they found there were 3 different sized wheel nuts on the front drivers side wheel and no locking wheel nut. Which was lucky, because there's a locking wheel nut on the other three and they didn't supply the locking wheel nut attachment so I can't get the other wheels off. Brakes are shot too. When I found this out, I rang (about 11.45 Saturday morning) and nobody answered. Such poor service, would NOT go here again

I saw a car on their website and choose to go see the car, on the day i was met by dave, friendly guy i explained that i already have finance to which he was not happy bout i paid cash deposit to hold the car. Corner park had gone back on the deal that was arranged and wanted me to spend more than my budget, I went back today to have my cash deposit back which i was not entitled to cash and had to have my money back on my account with the guy dealing with me was very shirty ended up calling me stupid and being funny with me. All i wanted was my money back i now have to wait days for it to clear in my account. 1st time to visit corner park and the last and will not advice people to go there really bad service when you ask for deposit back.

I went to look at a car that i seen when passing the showroom in swansea and was greeted by a salesman called dave there are two cant comment on the other one but my dave was fantastic he selected a few in the range i was interested in gave me excellent advice and by the next day i had purchased the car i had an amazing deal giving for my old car even better than what the main dealer offered which was disappointing as i had bought the car directly from them !, there were a few issues with car i bought brakes needed changing scratch marks on the doors and paint peeling on the bumper which as anyine knows they are used cars not brand new ! In saying that 3 days later my car was booked back in with them as arranged by them for a respray polish and full valet cant say farirer than that, with these sites i find its easy for people to complain about the bad points that you get everywhere but theres not enough good points mentioned. i would recommend this dealer several times over their customer service is spot on and so proffesional.

On Sunday 17th Jan 2016 my Partner and I went to Corner Park looking for a new vehicle, the salesman (Dave) was very helpful (which he would be if he thought he was having a sale), we eventually choose a Fiesta Titanium 62 plate in white, we test drove the vehicle and all was fine, after the test drive we checked over the vehicle and all was ok. We arranged with Dave to come back on Wednesday 20th February to pay the balance (after leaving a £100 deposit). I arrived at Corner Park as arranged on the 20th ready to collect my car, in arrival I was informed that Dave had in fact gone home for the day, on Inspection of the car, it had not been cleaned, the service had not been done, the oil light was on, and to top it all the vehicle had been damaged, it had been hit or driven into something. I informed the salesman and he was surprised at all of this, basically to cut a long story short, I got back my deposit and wont be buying the car or any other car from them, I have in fact sold my car so am now car less, I actually insured the new one, so am now out of pocket for that also, so far I have not even had an apology from the Dave the salesman. Would definitely never even contemplate using them again.

WENT VIEW A VEHICLE, ALL WELL AND GOOD CONSIDERING IT HAD THE AA INSPECTION CARRIED OUT AND A REPORT TO HAND, TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE, PULLED UP AROUND THE CORNER TO CHECK IT ALL OVER. I FOUND IT HAD VIRTUALLY HAD EVERY PANEL PAINTED VERY POORLY, AIRBOX IN THE ENGINE BROKEN, THE AIR CON NOT WORKING AND BOTH FRONT TYRES ILLEGAL AND CRACKING ON THE RUBBER WALLS, I DIDNT SAYING ANYTHING AT FIRST. WHEN I GOT BACK AND ASKED "HAS THIS VEHICLE HAD THE AA INSPECTION YOU CLEARLY STATE" YES WE HAVE EVERY VEHICLE THOUROUGHLY CHECKED OVER, SHOCKING IS ALL I CAN SAY... AND FROM THE AA IF HAS HAD THE INSPECTION DONE.
