Cornwall Trade Centre were great, they did everything they said they would and even did extra bits I didn't ask them to do which was fantastic and not something I've ever experienced at a dealership before. The car has been sound and is exactly what I need for now. I'd absolutely recommend them.

Well mixed review really. All went well until collection of the vehicle. Fault light came on immediately on leaving the forcourt. In the space of 5 months it has now been back to them 3 times. The 6 month warranty expires next month so concerns about what will go wrong next springs to mind. Not really sure if its a case of bad luck or poor inspection on their part although being treated like a 2nd class citizen by the Dales service team as you have purchased a "used" car is not very welcoming at all. On one return back to them I was told there was no courtesy cars available even though one had been booked. Outside was 3 courtesy cars. Last time it was taken in I was flatly told that there was no courtesy cars available. Nor was the work to be now done on the car covered by the warranty. Service and politeness to customers who are not purchasing their brand spanking new cars needs to be worked on. Not that this review will really bother them as they couldnt care less.
