This dealer is very friendly and helpful, full of promise, when all is going well. My daughter purchased a Vauxhall Corsa, firstly a shock absorber failed- no great shakes, wear and tear. Now we have a serious problem with the engine, i.e. it keeps breaking down, now we see Cotford Car Sales true colours, no help whatsoever. Did offer to take it back in part exchange on another vehicle for half what we paid for 4 months ago. Don't touch him with a barge pole!

Not True! Car was fully inspected to customers satisfaction before vehicle handover. Customer then 4 months later took to another independent garage for a service and car went wrong so invalidated any warranty with ourselves. Blame your third party garage not us!!

Sold me a car with a blown head gasket. The oil looked fresh when I checked in the filler cap. Was said to have full service history but it didn't.

Car was fully serviced with copy of invoice given to customer before vehicle handover. If there was a problem the customer should have contacted us first to rectify instead we had no contact. If the car had a blown head gasket it would never have been sold. Absolute Nonsense!
