I’m really disappointed with BMW Cheltenham. Whilst away on holiday my BMW X5 displayed an amber engine warning light. I stopped by BMW Cheltenham, in need of assistance only to told they were too busy and they might be able to fit it in tomorrow, but could not guarantee anything. No customer care at BMW Cheltenham. Should have been an easy fix. Fault message AdBlue - Incorrect Fluid. ?? Plenty of fluid remaining and not been topped up??

I have had BMW cars for many years, just purchased a 5 series form Cotswold Cheltenham, the hand over was totally inadequate, they had time to spend with me but instead left me sitting in the showroom. Would not buy from this dealership again, I had to go to the dealer I usually buy from, they were brilliant spent an hour with me explaining the workings of the i drive system.

A few days after collecting a lovely £36k BMW 520 I noticed that the screenwashers were faulty. My local BMW dealer diagnosed blocked filters in the wash bottle due to incorrect or mixed fluid being used. Cotswold BMW said that the car was OK when it left them, implying that I had caused the problem. My local BMW dealer quoted £174 to sort it out but Cotswold thought this too expensive. Eventually they agreed ti fix it f o c if I took the car back to them, a round trip of 160miles. Surely they could have sorted something with my local dealer.
Wouldn’t go back for anything. Extortionate prices. Lack of communication from the Service Manager. Ten days to fit one shock absorber. During this to time we asked for our car back we were told we couldn’t have it returned because it was dismantled. We were missing our holiday asked for a courtesy car they said they didn’t have one. £323 to fit one shock absorber. Very unprofessional.
Took my BMW in for a full service costing £490 and car was returned full of birds mess and grime causing damage to my paint work. Certainly didn't live up to their quote "your BMW is our pride and joy" Promised to be put right but now reneging on what was originally agreed.

Dealt with a gentleman called Oli regarding buying an 8 series BMW. He was at all times courteous, listened to what we wanted and was never pushy. He was also extremely knowledgeable and patient with us when it came to deciding what spec to have on car. The dealership was very accommodating in allowing us a decent time for test drives and in the end gave us an excellent deal.
Cotswold BMW Cheltenham is a fantastic dealership, lovely people and a fantastic used 320d M Sport.
