The dealer at Collate Cars was really helpful and friendly! He let me leave a deposit gave the car a fresh MOT. The car was in really good condition and I have had no problems with it at all and I have had it for a few months. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from here back in August. The car was very nice and clean and in really good condition and up to now I have only had one issue which was that the exhaust came off but the dealership were happy to replace it free of charge. I am really happy with the service and I would recommend this dealership.

I brought a Bmw from them I got along with the staff and they all seemed very help full I was waiting a week for my finance To go though but they keeled the car till it got sorted I would happy buy from cottage cars Hayes again top job guys thank u
I have purchased five cars from cottage cars over the years and have always found them very helpful, and would recommend them to anyone,in fact my my grandson is buying a car from them next week. The last car I purchased had a minor fault but was dealt with promptly. I am a very happy customer.
After sales at Cottage Cars is awful. I bought a car and after a month the coolant kept indicating an error, and had to top up the water. I live in Reading and have two young children, when asked if they could assist me with collection or courtesy car as I need a car to get the kids to school clubs and work - they said well its your fault you bought it from here and not r Reading. After a day in the garage and trains to and from it happens again - they say if I want to borrow a car then I have to tax it and insure it - Its not everyday I take out finance on £7000 and within a month have to take it back to the garage and get attitude from them. Dont put your problems on me - if you want the car fixed then bring it down, no apology, no nothing. Asked if they could collect the car, but no, asked if they would pay my train fare then £13 each way, they said no. l will just leave work and jump in the car drive for 40 mins - drop it off - get on a train for an hour get a bus to work and then a bus home to collect the kids from school. But if thats the only way i can get it fixed what choice do i have - Only to make others aware DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIVE AROUND THE CORNER FROM THEM OR HAVE FAMILY AROUND TO HELP YOU.

Purchased a Ford Fusion last month and it is perfect. Young salesman was very helpful and certainly knows the car industry. There was a minor issue which was fixed immediately and when we collected, they had done a new MOT. Only problem is that the car was so low on petrol, it had to be filled with a can to do a test drive. Would buy from Cottage Cars again.
This is my second car from Cottage Cars and I cannot praise the service and quality of vehicles enough. My last purchase was completed by George who made the process sinple and easy. Thanks, George, Kevin & Mark. I'll see you in another three years for my next purchase.
Brilliant dealership. A simple and straight forward transaction. my only grumble would be no negation on the price. However I understood as to why they didn't. It's business after all.
