Called and booked a test drive with a view to upgrade a Q5. Turned up for my appointment, kept waiting as usual. Then was told there was no available Q5 to test drive, it’s an Audi dealership for Christ sakes. Told the salesman what I was looking to upgrade too. 3-4 calls asking for callbacks and a month later still no call back. From the receptionist to salesman absolutely shocking customer service. I’m forced to give one star but it’s actually zero.

Extremely poor service. Visited on Sunday 2pm, a couple of customers in the showroom, eventually left so it was really quiet. Asked to speak to somebody about the Etron, asked to take a seat and 10min later still waiting, Asked receptionist again if anybody available, returned to say it will be another 15 to 20mins. At this point there were no customers in the showroom, so I thought surely somebody can take 5 to 10mins to answer some quick questions and potentially book me in for another time. Obviously not as it seemed like I was just in their way. At that point I walked out, as I was mistaken that the whole point of sales is to meet and sell to customers. Clearly I won’t be visiting this place again.

Had numerous dealings with Audi Coulsdon over the course of the last 10 months and cannot praise them enough. Nothing too much trouble for all staff - Sales, Service and Reception all first class. Nothing too much trouble. Our special thanks to Clive and Chris.

THE BIGGEST RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! BOOKED A CAR VIEWING.FOR THAT REASON HAD TO TAKE UNPAID TIME OF FROM WORK ALSO HIRED THE VEHICLE FOR THE JOURNEY TO COULSDON AUDI.LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE VIEWING APPOINTMENT RECEIVED CALL FROM THEM STATING THAT THE CAR IS SOLD!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE PERSON CALLED ANDREW MELINIOTIS ( sales agent) AS YOU COULD GET INVOLVED IN THE SIMILAR SITUATION LOOSING YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have bought 2 New Audi's from Coulsdon Audi. First experience was great. Second experience after spending 70K was rubbish. Rushed through my purchase and pick up. No individual experience you would expect when spending 70K. I have since tried to contact them with minor issues and they have not contacted me back. It takes about 6 emails and calls before anyone calls back if at all. I would not recommend buying your Audi there. Nice show room but understaffed and not worth the negative experience.

Poor Customer Service I have ever seen. Waiting for an answer on a manufacturing fault from over a month. All the staff wants is just your hard earned money. Avoid Audi Coulsdon at all cost please

Had an Audi R8 service due and took it to Audi Coulsdon back in 2015. When i went to pick up the car i noticed the car postioned in a strange way, one where i could not walk around the entire vehicle before entering, something I did not plan on doing until i saw the car that way. Obviously i then proceeded to move the car slightly and take a look around. To my surprise i saw damage to the body work that they obviously tried to cover up aswell as cuts to the leather on the inside. They immediately admitted this was not there before and offered to repair the issue, whilst the female manager giving a sly remark on how she couldnt afford a car like this. Had i driven off the lot, i would hvae had to come back with no proof that this damage was not my fault and would have had to pay them to carry out the repair. I hope the next audi dealership i chose to work with a more trustworthy.

Had my car MOT’d at Coulsdon Audi today, the service guys were extremely helpful. Shane Fuller was my service advisor who went to the worlds end to help me and ensure I was happy. They even washed my car for me!! Will certainly be using Coulsdon Audi for all my servicing and MOT requirements from now on. Thank you!

visited audi coulsdon and leased a car within 3 days, giving me the best deal. 3 months later I visited to test drive cars to see if they suit my daughter. Sam spend all the time we needed answering questions and test driving 3 cars. cars we wanted to try were all available and were all clean. we could not complaint with the service given. unfortunately, the cars we tried were not suitable for my daughter.

Absolutely rubbish service at Couldson Audi. Service team tried to charge me for warranty work they abuse your vehicle on test run they will literally empty your tank of fuel. I got my car back after the 3rd time to find I have faults that was t there.. Vehicle going back again. I’ll never buy an Audi again. Rs6 driver.
