Thank you for leaving feed back but we do feel it necessary to also leave our version of events and in this case we feel your review was not quite the full story. We did agree a price for your part exchange but it was as always subject to a test drive,unfortunately the car had issues with it and the valuation had to be changed as the faults were not disclosed by yourself.We think it only fair in this case that the car was worth slightly less but we would happily of paid the original price if the car was mechanically sound. We appreciate all feed back good and not so good in order to move forward,but as most of our other reviews show we do try our best to keep all of our customers happy.
Absolutely no hassles, test drove on first day picked it up within days, Simon was really professional & courteous. Part exchanged my old car with none of the usual worries. Would buy from them again as absolutely no pressure sales. Love my new car to bits. They even changed over my locking wheel nuts.....
