The salesman I dealt with at Country Car was very nice, just a genuine guy! I Bought a Land Rover from this dealership and its still running touch wood. When I went to pick it up it looked spot on, very clean indeed! I recommend them.

I bought an Audi convertible on Feb 2016, ended up having parts missing and many faults, It took me a year to get them to court to reject the car and refund me when they refused to repair. The warranty isn't worth using to wipe your bum and the salesman is very forceful and pushy until he gets what he wants. Unfortunately for Country Car I didn't give in, avoid at all costs.

Dear sir, i have looked into your review and can see that we offered to repair your car on several occasions all attempts made by us to repair the car we rejected by you, we did as you say return your money for the car and wecollected the car from your home, once back with us we drove the car for 500 miles and found no faults with it, since then we have sold the car to another customer who is driving the car everday day with no problems.
Rang Country Car to book a test drive with a view to buy. Explained we were a couple of hours away so arranged appropriate time. Took wrong turning 10 mins away so rang to get directions and to let them know were still on our way. When we got there they valued our car and whilst doing this sold the car to someone else who had arrived just before us. When I confronted the salesman selling the car he said "I cant help it if someone gets here before you". Country Car are very unprofessional and discourteous.

Dear Sir we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service, how ever we have to deal with customers as they arrive all customers can reserve vehicles over the telephone as stated by our adverts to avoid disappointment.
Recently bought a car from Country Car. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything was done above standard and the car prepared in amazing condition. Could not recommend more.
This dealer sold me an ex auction car that had been in storage for 3 years. Once I had left the forecourt they would have nothing to do with me. Appalling service. Can't stress strongly enough how this firm should be avoided. Sadly, they epitomise the bad reputation of second hand car sales.

Dear sir, i have looked at your review and can find no record of the car you purchased from us, we certainly do not store cars for three years, perhaps i could ask that you make contact so we can investigate further
I purchased a car from here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition and the dealer was very nice and genuine but I have had numerous issues with the car and it had had to go back on numerous occasions as the problem has been ongoing. The warranty company have not been very helpful either. I probably wouldn't recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Brought a Discovery from them in 2015, and took a warranty out at the same time. Was promised to my wife and I that the warranty covered engine failure, which we were keen to get insured against March 2016, engine fails, and County Cars inform me the warranty doesnt cover that afterall. Managed to get them to take the car for repair, but they have had it for nearly 4 months now and we still have no car from them They have no interest in you once you have purchased from them, the manager uses excuse after excuse, half the time not even returning calls. Totally avoid, the worst excuse for the dealership I have ever encountered

Dear Mike, i have looked into to you review and can see that we have replaced the engine in your car , we do hope that your are now happy with the service, we do appologise with the time frame it took to complete the job it seems that we were in the hands of suppliers for parts, i can also see that we also kept you mobile with a loan car during the repair, once again we appoligise for the lenth of time the repair took
I bought a VW Passat from this dealership back in May and the service was okay, the car had a couple of cosmetic issues but they have been repaired. The car was good value for money. I would recommend them.
