Pretty poor service and after care from Country Cars. I Bought a Mercedes Benz from them back in April and I have had numerous issues with it including faulty glow plugs and there was also a big scratch on the exterior. They have offered to do the repairs but only if I travel back to them which I am not happy about as its too far away. I wont go back to them and i will not recommend this dealership.

Hi, I bought a Land Rover discovery 3 from Country Car Warwick and WHAT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, HAD THE CAR THEY SAID ITS GOT 8 main service stamps in book and not got one. That was two weeks after, then took back to them to do the cam belts then got told I would have to pay for them, the air con did not work took it back and they said they fixed and iv just had to spend 3.5 k on the car to get it running again now went to use the air con and guess what it's not working. The sales don't want to know, just fob you off stay away not worth a look.

Dear Sir i have looked into your review and can confirm that you were infact supplied with the Service history when you purchased the car, i can see that you asked for the motoring ombudsman to review your case, the case papers cleary show that we supplied you all the documentation with the car on the day of collection and infact you signed for it and the Motoring Ombudsman found in our favour, with regard to the service history you could always contact the Landrover agents that serviced the car to obtain a replacemnet Service Book, we can assist you with this if you would like. i have also looked at the matter of Cam Belt replacement and can see that we did infact quote you for the replacement which was £480 but you declined to have them done at that time, we did recharge the air conditioning for you free of charge. we are at a loss to see where you have spent £3500 to have the Cam Belts Changed as we only quoted £480. however what we can say is that when you had the Cam Belts changed you would of needed to have the air conditioning recharged as the Gas would be removed during this work
Country Car Warwick promised to do things to the vehicle that were never done. They add £100 to advertised price for administration and full tank of fuel. When picked up car only had half tank when questioned about this they became very aggressive towards me was actually quite laughable. Pushy sales tactics use all sorts of tricks to make you put a deposit down same day. Vehicle had oil fault was burning through 1ltr of oil in less than 500 miles. This was in first three weeks of owning car, warranty didn't cover it. Sales adviser commented he used to work for the car manufacturers service said this was normal. Contacted manufacturer my self advided not right. Wanted to return car through sale of goods act all emails were just ignored. Still in dispute now. Spoke to others with similar dealings. Avoid at all costs. If u do have the pleasure of the confrontational threatening behaviour, do us all a favour wouldnt take much.
Kevin at Country Car in Warwick was a very helpful gentleman, there was no hard sell on the warranty and no unpleasant salesman tactics. They helped me make the right choice of car, I test drove a few models and when I made my choice it was ready to pick up in a matter of days and the paperwork was all sorted for me, very impressed.

I can't knock Country Car one bit, they were very helpful, the warranty with the car is very good, the service was excellent, when sorting the paperwork they sat me in a comfy chair with a cup of coffee. When the car had a fault they sorted it right away. I highly recommend them.

When I bought a car from this car dealership over in Warwick back in April they were brilliant, I thought the general way they conducted their business was great, really professional. They came out and showed us around the car, very friendly and they knew all about the model I was buying. Very impressed and very happy.

Avoid at all costs. Purchased a car from Country Car in Warwick and it broke down within 2 weeks. Car had an issue and they told me it was my fault as an animal had struck the car. I replaced the part at own expense and magically the car ran perfect, but they still denied it was their fault. Countless emails to them and was told I was a liar and my attitude stinks. They also lost a part to the sat nav which took 51 weeks to sort out. They will take your money, laugh at you as you drive off in nothing better than a circus clowns car. Sales manager very indignant. Only got 1 as no option for 0.
I bought a car from Country Car in Warwick upon the recommendation of a friend and at first was very happy with the service. It was only once I had owned the car for 2 weeks that things started to go wrong. At first I just noticed a few faults with the lights amongst other things so I let the dealer know and they said they would call back to help. I never heard back and sent around 15 emails before resolving the issue myself at a cost. Beware with this dealer

I would still definitely recommend Country Cars even though I had a little issue as that was sorted and I feel that they have decent quality cars for especially for the price and mileage
