Bought a Jag x type a year ago and it's still going strong. Was missing a stamp but advised me to contact the main dealer where servicing had been done and they rectified this. Parcel shelf was missing a piece, and Country Cars in Bristol (Ricky) ordered and sent me a replacement. Would buy from them again.

In summary there were a couple of little niggles but they have sorted it for me now - silly things they hadnt checked but overall this didnt ruin my experience in buying from Country Cars Bristol and neither would it stop me recommending them

I bought my car, they marked my old car down as missing one yr of service (11 yrs old) and sold me this car with a full service, car was 3 1/2 yrs old and done 70k and just gave me a blank service book and copy of two service's and told me to send the book off! Car has had a number of problems, they said its due to water damage and they can't be held responsible, very unhelpful and a tad nasty to me, I'm a female and feel they treated me appallingly, so I've a car with part service history, and forked out for new windscreen, lights within a day of collecting the car! The car had btoken but which took an age for them to sort and refund me! I will not recommend them and would NEVER use them again!

Last month i used Country Cars of Bristol to buy my Mini. I was really happy with the service and all of their help, the only thing i have scored them down on is that it did take them a while to get a few things sent out to me. The car itself is lovely, i really like it and i would still recommend them
