A small family business run from thier home, which really is in the coutryside. well worth the trouble of finding them for a very easy and pleasant visit. No pushy salesman, just give you the keys and let you take your time inspecting your prospective purchase. In my case there was a small issue when I got the vehicle home and a text to them got an instant phone call apologising for the oversight and allowing me to take the vehicle to my local garage for reasonable rectification costs. The work carried out was refunded straight into my bank. All in all one of the most pleasant car purchases that I have had.

I purchased a vehicle from them few weeks back. Very pleasant visiting them. Had a couple of miner issues with the car but they soon fixed them straight away. Really good professional service. Bought a car that was advertised as full service history I have waited 2 years for them to produce the said service history. Contacted the main dealer that supplied the vehicle new they have confirmed there is no service history on this vehicle

Rang Countryside garage this morning (8/2/20) to inquire about a vehicle, basically to see if the vehicle was still for sale and as yet they haven't had the decency or courtesy to call me back so I have taken my custom else where.

Brilliant service and knowledge on their cars. I had a minor issue after purchase and there was no hesitation in having this rectified by a garage of my choice. Cars are immaculate and very well cared for from what I have seen and a lovely welcoming transaction from start to finish. Would highly recommend Countryside Cars from my experience so far.

I recently enquired about one of the cars for sale at Countryside Cars in Bromsgrove. I asked them a few questions via email and my reply from them was i haven't got time to answer emails or text messages. For someone who's selling cars with attitude like that it's a wonder they sell any cars.
