I purchased a Vauxhall vectra from here today. Excellent motor. Runs perfect. The salesman the owner is very responsive and I found it a pleasant experience overall. I would come back here again.

Turned up to buy a van but was shocked by the condition of it. Coolant tank was empty and had sludge in it despite having a full new MOT. Found the salesman very unhelpful and turned up very late on the day. I had my deposit refunded and will not use them ever again.

If you like the circus then come to Countryside Motors Goole coz it’s run by a couple of clowns. Lied to me about number of former keepers also after I bought the van decided to tell me there was no log book but assured me they would send for the log book In my name which they did not. They ignored my emails etc. Save yourself time and money read the other reviews, 90% are bad, and go to a another dealer.

Countryside Motors Google dont respond to emails or text's, and continues to advertise vehicles that have already been sold.

I was interested in the advertised 2014 Citroen Dispatch advertised on there web site. I sent an email asking when I could view it and never received any response so I tried phoning and again no response (Hardly a professional business) Because it was exactly what I was looking for I decided to travel the 30 miles to look at the vehicle. When I arrived there were lots of vans and cars but no one at the site. There was no Citroen Dispatch van either. As I was leaving a car pulled up and he opened his window and asked if he could help. I told him I had been trying to contact him about the Dispatch van. He told me he had been busy and he was late in the morning I visited as he had been to the dentist. He went on to say the van had been sold a few days earlier. I suggest he is leaving the vehicles on the site that have sold to entice people to visit so he can try and sell the other vehicles. I say this as it’s nearly a week since I visited and the van I went to see is still advertised on the web site. Obviously, this makes you think! Luckily, I found the van that I wanted in Nottingham and the service received was outstanding. They even delivered the van to me in Hull.. I’m glad I never bought from this outfit!

Advertised vehicle with less mileage than actually the vehicle realy had, turned very aggressive when asked to confirm correct mileage! According to other review sites not the first time he has done the same thing and acted the same. I had paid a deposit and he was not answering my calls until I used a friends phone so he wouldn't recognise the number it worked and I did get my money back. He also uses a fake picture of his premises on eBay to make it look more credible.

Very unhappy this firm# He sold my son a car without passing on log book= Cost incurred £25. Only just come to light and car not registered to me Also sold me a Jimmi which had 6 month warranty and cost far more than I wanted to pay. Will not move and reported by phone, and visit. No contact! Would not advise use as I have found unsatisfactory and need action
