Walking into a dealership as a woman can be quite daunting but not only that as someone who doesn't know anything about cars makes it 10X worse, Its quite scary when you hear all of these stories about pushy, patronizing and unkind salesmen... Let me assure you, there is NON of that here at Count Motors these are the kindest, moat genuine people I have ever met. Instantly after speaking to the staff my mind was at ease, they listening to everything I had to say and always all my questions. They made sure I had full understanding of everything before we went ahead with thee sale too which I really appreciated. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and lovely from the moment I arrived. Just to top it off my Citroen C3 is driving brilliantly, no knocks or bangs. Thank you so much!

I'm a bit late with my review, back in 2016 I bought a Mercedes C220CDi from County Motors. Very pleased with the car, I still have it 4 years on. At the time Nick had a £100,000 plus Ferrari in stock, I paid £4000 for my ten year old Merc, but Nick treated me as if I was buying the Ferrari. There was a minor issue with folding mirrors which was quickly sorted out on a return visit. Would I buy from Nick again? Yes without hesitation.

Have purchased many cars from nick at County Cars UK Ltd over the years. From porches BMW. Audi Land Rover and always had A 1 +++++ services but you can only speak as you find them and I have always found him to be a good car dealer.

I arranged to buy a Jaguar S type from these people.Car was not ready at point of sale.I paid £200 deposit in good faith.After over a week the car still was not ready.Eventually after about 3 months I got my deposit back through COUNTY COURT. Avoid this company like the plague.

I bought a car in jan 2016 from County Motors UK Ltd. Within the first month the gearbox went, took them 2 months to come and pick it up, after countless calls, all of the staff were as useless as wet socks, never returned our calls, even blocked our phone number. After loads of grief and hassle, they picked up the car and we didn't get it back for another two months, the car was covered in spray paint which they had tried to scrub off, there was damage to the back bumper, and they didnt do any work to the car, now the car is useless and undriveable only fit for the scrap yard.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Nick Shaw and his sidekick Craig have opened and dissolved many car sales companies inc. Helsby Car Sales. Shocking. They took my money and sold me a dud car. Blew up on the way home. Would not give me my money back, they offered to repair and the saga went on and on and on for many months and more. Eventually after many, many months, lots of money and lots of heartache, took them to court. They conveniently dissolved the company. Please do not end up like me. You have been warned, don't make the same mistake as me.

No end of problems with this company and I still haven't bought the car I want - but they do still have my deposit. Every member of staff I have spoken to have been unhelpful and not returned my phone calls. They also said the car was being MOT and serviced to put a couple of issues right but after reading these reviews I am sceptical.

Saw a car on autotrader, called them up to enquire. He asked for a deposi as I needed a week to travel cross country to view it. When I got there the car wasn't. After waiting over an hour for it to arrive, it wasn't up to sale condition. We noticed a fault with the coolant which they lied about fixing and the car stank of wet dog. They said I'd get my deposit back in the post but im still waiting. After multiple attempts to failed contact them i have had to resort to reporting them to trading standards and had to go through the small claims court. Absolute shocking how they treat people. They are rude and unprofessional, and should not be allowed to trade again. AVOID!

Do not touch this company they take your money then ignore any further contact vauxhall meriva very dangerous car, questionale mot and very rude people in my opinion, reported to trading standards and not for the 1st time so I am told. How the manager & owner sleep at night is beyond me.
