I bought a Saab cabrio last September from county motors and I couldn't be more pleased they have been great
Bought a Range Rover sport from County Motors UK and I had nothing but trouble with it, the car cost me over £2000 to put right. They never ring back and the owner Nick is as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Wouldn't even speak to me as he told his colleague he was afraid of what I would do. They withheld my private number plate and I inadvertently drove round illegally for 9 months. I paid £460 for road tax for my vehicle which they conveniently lost so I also was riding around with no rad. After going into their showroom and literally blowing my top they eventually managed to tax my car and sort out my number plate. The keys also didn't work and I ended up paying for those too as well as the television screens in the rear headrests. So all in all I would avoid County Motors UK like the plague. Be warned from a previous customer.
This dealer pressured me into a sale. Had nothing but problems since & now they don't want to know. Avoid!
This dealer gave me no hassle, allowed to browse vehicles without pressure, advised when asked only. Was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, I will certainly return for my next vehicle, ***** Five star award, well done.
After finding the vehicle of our dreams, Craig at County Motors helped us sort our finance out and was really helpful and supportive in helping us get the vehicle as soon as possible. Once we had it there were no end of problems, they didnt return our calls, the vehicle stayed with them for a further 2 months whilst they said they were repairing it - though nothing seemed to be happening. We ended up going to the finance company 'Advantage' for support and then to Trading standards who were a great help. I would never return to this garage and would not recommend it to others. Very unprofessional dealership.
