Today, Saturday 2 November, we asked to just have a look inside a Q2. We were told that no one was available to show us and we would just have to wait. There were 3 receptionists who could have at least opened the car for us to look around it and we would have happily waited for a sales rep. However, this was not possible and we felt as if our custom was not wanted. We appreciate that Saturdays are busy days for the dealership. We therefore walked away and went to another Audi garage where we spent £23000 on a Q2 where we felt welcomed and valued. Please remember that customer service should be your priority and you failed miserably today.

After service support is horrendous by both Audi Coventry and Audi UK! Had a complaint about a service issue that could have been fatal over a year ago and still not resolved. No one is taking ownership so given up.

I was in the dealership this week for a routine service, where I was met warmly by the reception staff. Caitlin was extremely helpful in her explanations and didn't leave me in the dark about anything! The receptionist (Wendy I think) was very efficient with offering me a drink and checking I was comfortable for the duration. Great visit. Great service. It was really appreciated!

Had nothing but problems from day one. Was obviously sold a dodgy car. SOS fault them telling me it was software they were waiting for turns out it was the whole module. Alarm constantly going off, they told me they couldn’t fix it. And a rattle in my dash which they had my car and tried to charge me £300????? Nothing to compensate all the problems I’ve had. Absolutely terrible. Refuse to deal with the dealership again.

THEY CHARGE A FORTUNE FOR SERVICE AND THEY LIE ABOUT WORK THEY PERFORMED. THEY NEVER CHANGE AIR FILTER BUT ON THE LATEST 2 SERVICES THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT.
After having numerous Audi cars without any problems, Audi brand was tested when my 2 year old Audi Avant started to have a problem. It started with a coolant light issue which dragged on for 6 months, of which 4 months the car was in Audi Coventry. End result - the car could not be fixed and offered to buy the car back, I was left with no where else to go to sell a faulty car! Audi UK a complete waste of time, I had not choice but to sell the car back to the garage at a loss. Looking on line, numerous cases of other people who have had similar issues.

I purchased a used car from here with some defects which I was assured would be rectified if I purchased the car. Upon receiving the car via delivery I found a chip but I have come to that to the servicemen and was assured would be sorted and all they've done is painted over and not repaired. Several cosmetic defects still wrong with the car. I've owned the car for over a month and I've had to go from the branch, to their head office, to trading standards to get this sorted and I still have the car in my possession and still trying to get everything resolved. They are proving to be very difficult to liaise with. Still waiting for a reply to my latest email a week on now! Terrible service overall, full of promises undelivered and would never recommend these
