Left deposit for car was told to pick it up on sat. When we went to pick it up was told there was problem with paperwork. It would be ready in the week to pick up the next weekend. Two weeks later and after numerous phonecalls none of which they replied back to like stated we pulled out and asked for refund. An absolute waste of time.

i bought a car from this dealership in June after seeing the car on autotrader. I knew what i was looking for price tag to match. I left a deposit and went down to the dealer a week later some 170 miles. I looked at the car and noticed a few cosmetic bits but no dramas. I test drove the car and it was spot on. overall i think i got a bargain for what i wanted compared to main jag dealer for certain, the car is superb apart from a parking sensor wasnt working which knocked out the rest, i had it replaced and no probs all I would use these guys again as it was an easy buy, no hassle or dramas and i could have took all day checking the car out? i couldnt do much worse than i did with the main egerton jag dealer (avoid) so these lads did me a favour, yes i would use them again.

Avoid avoid avoid. please do not buy a car from Coventry Car Mart. I bought a car from these people ,my car wasn't checked before I picked it up like promised, major problems with the vehicle and I was lucky to get a refund in the end. Do not believe a word they say,not very nice people to deal with.Totally wasted my time when I used this car dealer.

Bought an Astra here early in May. Had a problem with the starter motor about 3 weeks after collection which they sorted out promptly and at no cost to myself. As I read some of these reviews I find it had to believe they are talking about the same company. I would definately buy from here again, well done guys and keep up the good work

Avoid at all costs I foolishly bought a car from them and was told the "full service history " was not in the office but would be forwarded on to me on monday(I picked it up on a Friday). After 23 phone conversations and 6 months later it still is nowhere to be seen I've reported to auto trader and am currently taking out legal action for false advertising and breach of trading standards. AVOID AVOID AVOID

After reading some of the reviews, still booked an appointment to look at a car, got there car was great, very busy site, must say there price is very reasonable, bought the car and was a very good car and would alway come back when i want to change.

I signed an agreement to purchase a vehicle from these. paid the deposit on Thursday and came back on the Sunday to pay the balance. I'm always a sceptic when buying anything of expense and was slightly concerned that the car was advertised as a 2007 and MOT'd till April next year when in fact after checking DVLA it was registered 2006 and MOT'd til march. I decided that I would still buy the car as it was a great looking car. So drove 35miles to complete the sale. When I arrive the car is nowhere to be seen! I ask the salesman and he insists it's gone!! A bit taken aback I asked him what he meant and he insisted that the car had a massive oil leak and so sent back to the lease company it came from. The car was immaculate when I looked at it before, not a single trace of oil leaking from it at all. I got my refund processed back on my card and left. I asked my brother to call them and enquire about the car and to my disbelief was told that it had been sold! Next stop trading standards!

Bought a 2005 3200d M Sport from Coventry Car Mart early in March. Had an issue with the ABS pump 5 weeks after taking delivery. Was very worried as the quoted bill was over £600 which I did not have. Reported to the garage and they had the car booked in with a mechanic and repaired inside 48 hours at no cost to myself. I was very impressed with the service I received from them and would definitely buy another car from them in the future.

I bought a car off this garage and was a very happy customer, they gave me more then I wanted on my p/x and after telling them I traveled from Scotland for the car they actually contributed towards my fuel bill which I thought was very nice of them. I'm soon to be looking for a car for my wife and will say I WILL be returning to these guys. Thanks guys
