I’m never one to read too much into reviews, as people tend to always review the bad things as oppose to the good things. But if you take anything from this review , just stay well clear from this business. I bought a car last week and was told the car was in perfect condition and worked perfectly. 15 minutes after leaving the dealership, the engine light came on and the breaks stopped working. I was stuck on the A42 3 hours from home. If I didnt call my bank to cancel the payment, I never would have received a refund. The customer service and attitude after was disgusting and they’ve given me nothing but hell since. I’ve not received my deposit back as they are refusing to return it, despite the fact they sold me a faulty car and risked the life of myself and my little sister who were in a car with a faulty engine and faulty breaks on a motorway. Please just stay well clear. An awful experience that I wouldn’t want others to have to go through.

Sold a car with a faulty engine. Problem after problem with sensors too. Staffs atitude is disgusting. Bunch of horrible people stay well clear

After buying a car within the first day it was returned, a week later it was back with them due to an oil leak, he took it back and assured me it was fixed when it was returned to me 2 weeks later. This was not the case! I am 2 and half months of having no car due to engine issues and god knows what else! I have made numerous attempts to contact and am now going through trading standard, AA and courts! How they are an AA approved garage is beyond me.

This dealer is in Ansley to be specific. I went down to look at his Vw golf gti 2011 and in the pictures it looks nice and well maintained body work but it was basically a catfish car because when I went down to see it all the way from london and he assured me body work is good it was not it had marks all over and rust spots everywhere the door hinges were disgusting never seen before and engine bay was very dirty with leaves everywhere and oil stains as if it’s been sitting around for months and Gary the dealer came across quite rude so my advice is I would avoid him !

i don't expect a 13 year old car to be perfect but i do expect, when the saleseman has told me that the electrics are all working and that the car runs well, for the engine and gearbox to be fine and for the electrics to work. This car was delivered with so many problems. the dealer wouldn't talk to me on the day but sent messages via a courier. This car has a faulty abs, engine injector and gearbox. will cost thousands to fix for someone not in the trade. Several days later when he probably forgotten who i was he did answer the phone to me but wouldn't talk, just shout and use foul language. I really want my money back as this car was sold by deception.

Enquired about a car still listed as for sale.. to find he sold it over a week ago. Communication is disgusting. Simply told him to remove the advert if it wasn’t for sale as it’s a waste of people’s time and he told me to go die!!!
