Purchased a Mercedes Gla from Mercedes Coventry in July 24. When I test drove the car every fault that was found the sales person Hasan advised this will be put right. The service is absolutely incompetent and not met to standards. The vehicle was bought in good faith and I was advised all work that needed to be would be completed however on the day I went to pick up the vehicle this was not the case and I was left waiting 3 hours just to pick up the vehicle on the day. They firstly made me sign the paperwork and then took me to the vehicle. This I call a sales tactic. The car was covered with white polish and the plastic wheel arches above the tyres were not even fitted properly. The black trimming around the car had all white polish. Looked like a back street garage had valeted the car. The sales person Matt who was assisting me was going in and out with the polish and cloth to clean the car while I sat there watching him. Since then I have no end of problems with the car week by week. They have picked up my car twice now to rectify issues and driven my car more than myself clocking up milage. Driving it from my location to Coventry which is 30 miles there and 30 miles back. Even though you tell them you do not require a courtesy car they are very persistent that you need to have one Surely this should be a customer choice not theirs. My vehicle is a 2019 Mercedes Gla the panoramic roof rattles when driving their service team checked this and found no fault. How ridiculous. You can clearly hear the noise when your driving the car. It's like your dealing with a back street garage that fobs you off. Mercedes strive to deliver excellent service not in this case with this branch they provide awful service and cause nothing but stress to the customer. The team leader Hasan and senior manager Arjun are useless they have no customer care skills. Clearly there is training issues. They make the customer feel at fault and cause the customer stress. I have sent this company 34 emails going back and forth but they do not care. I made numerous telephone calls but again got nowhere. Once this company have your money they really don't care about the customer. This branch has caused me nothing but stress. They sell a cover which they promote as smart guard warranty however this is a car care plan which they sell as 3rd party but they don't make the customer aware of this. Mis selling it as smart guard warranty. I did not receive paperwork as a direct debit was taken I looked at the company and contacted them they were called car care plan ltd. If you are considering buying a mercedes vehicle do not use this branch they will over promise but under deliver. The wording of complaint is something this branch does not does understand or take seriously. Just a word of advice inspect the car on the day of pick up and if you are happy with everything then sign the paperwork, do not sign the paperwork on the day before you see the vehicle otherwise you can incur problems like I did. On the day of negotiations if you like the car and decide to go ahead with it they will ask you to do a goggle review so they can look like a reputable company, again word of advice do not post a goggle review until you pick up your vehicle, where you are happy or not post a review at this point. At least this will show a true reflection of how to branch is treating customers. This branch seriously needs to be investigated.

We originally gave a 5-star review thanks to the outstanding support from Kat and Ryan during the purchase of our car—they were fantastic. However, we've now had to lower our rating due to the appalling after-sales service. Within just a few weeks, the car developed a brake judder, and to our shock, we were told we'd have to wait over a month just for an investigation appointment. The service manager did reach out, asking us to call him back, which we promptly did. We even followed up with an email, but here we are on the third day, and he still hasn’t bothered to return our call. It’s incredibly frustrating, and we’ve now had to escalate the issue to Mercedes-Benz Head Office to try and get this sorted. It's disappointing to see that the service department falls far short of the high standards set by the sales team—a real shame.

We weren't sure what we were looking for then Magdelana approached us in the showroom with a smile. We asked to see some of the used A class available in our price range, we instantly fell in love with 220d she showed us, From start to finish Magdelana was attentive and personable. Great service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mercedes-Benz, particularly the Coventry branch. I purchased and picked a car that was advertised to achieve the highest mileage for an electric car. but shortly after driving it, I noticed that it did significantly less than promised. When I reached out to the dealership for support, I was met with nothing but frustration. I purchased their chosen flagship car the Mercedes Benz EQS, and was guaranteed that the car would travel a range of 460miles. This simply is not the case and I was mis-led and Mis sold this car. The car actually does 200 miles before the battery runs flat. This is false advertising from Mercedes. After an initial talk with the Coventry branch, the car was taken off my hands for testing, they claimed there was “nothing” wrong with it. I took it back, drove it myself and again found that it was doing significantly less miles than advertised. Again, they reassured me that the drive range would be 460miles, but this car only gets to 200 miles before it completely dies. This is supposed to be the flagship car of their brand, I would highly NOT recommend that anyone purchase this as the car is falsely advertised. There was absolutely no after-sales support. The staff at the Coventry branch were incredibly dismissive when I tried to address my concerns. They showed no interest in helping me resolve the issue, making the entire experience feel like a waste of time and money. Furthermore, after leaving the car in their hands I was given no follow up updates, and not phonecalls to tell me how things were looking. I got met with a demand for the loan car to be returned to them, before they had even told me mine was ready.. and just to top this off, I was given a Mercedes Benz EQE, WHICH WAS TERRIBLE, and again misleading on the mileage! For a brand that prides itself on luxury and quality, the customer service was abysmal. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with a very negative impression of Mercedes-Benz. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable service and support. I would definitely not recommend there Mercedes EQS flagship. Do not buy.

I am extremely disappointed with the Mercedes-Benz EQE that I purchased from the Coventry Mercedes Benz dealership. From the moment I drove it off the parking lot, I encountered numerous issues that made me question the quality and reliability of this vehicle. The vehicle certainly DOES NOT cover the range of mileage that it is supposed to, Which should be 380 miles, I was told I would probs lay achieve 350 to 360 miles range. But I’m lucky to be getting 250 and the battery runs flat at the this point when they advertise that it should do in excess of 380 miles. I am very disappointed. To make matters customer service at the Coventry Mercedes-Benz dealership was terrible. The staff were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping me resolve the problems I was experiencing with my car. Despite multiple attempts to get support, I received no meaningful assistance or after-sales service. I would give them the testominal of “Embarrassing customer care from a “leading” brand”. For a company that claims to offer luxury and excellence, this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against buying from this dealership or considering the EQE model. Avoid at all costs!

Had car just over 6 weeks, terrible shaking when braking, contacted them, just palmed us off with saying car was checked, we had Mercedes engineer out, who told us all 4 discs badly warped, Numerous phone calls and emails later, we took car to Mercedes Cardiff, who contacted Coventry Mercedes, telling them the fault, they then had to send them a video which they did send to Coventry Mercedes, car has been collected , they have had it a week and still no news what’s happening , Friends and family cannot get over such terrible customer service. Especially coming with Mercedes warranty and only having car for such a short time
