I went to the dealership to look at specific models, whilst they didn’t have exactly what I wanted Nana was very helpful and professional in trying to find a car for me. Subsequent communications have also been very good.

Had the best experience ever today with this garage, couldn't rate them any higher than they deserve. Both Daniel & Sam were both absolutely fantastic with me. Made the whole experience smooth & hassle free. Very polite & understanding can't praise them both enough, (should be in higher positions-but then I probably wouldn't of got to experience the fantastic experience which I did) Many Thanks. And thank you also to the mechanic who did the work top job, & all at Inchape for today.
I took my car into the Coventry branch of Mercedes and cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service I received. I checked my car in with minimal wait time and picked up my courtesy car which was spotlessly clean. The lady who I initially dealt with went through all of the controls and ensured I was happy with a fully electric car (I had never driven one before). I later received a video regarding my service and a text to say my car was ready. On arrival to the garage, I met Sam who went through my service, what had been done and any recommendations made. Sam also asked me about my experience with the electric car. I then received my keys back and was taken to my car which was sparkling clean. I wanted to ask Sam few questions regarding car leasing and he spent some time going through the process with me. He never made me feel silly or stupid for asking so many questions, he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and super friendly. He never once made me feel like I was wasting his time or had better things to do. He made me feel like a very valuable customer. I cannot thank Sam and the rest of team enough for a great experience.
Ordered an E Class on December 1st 2021, paid the deposit and signed all the paperwork. I was told my car would take between 6-9 months which I was fine with. In the beginning of August 2022, after waiting 9 months, I was phoned by one of the salesmen who informed me that they have allocated a car for me and they'll call me at the end of August to complete the remainder of the paperwork and payment. However, the call at the end of August was to inform me that I can't have the car and I have to wait until January 2023 and pay an additional £10,000! This led me to cancel my order completely and request a refund for my deposit. I was told that they'll bank transfer me the £1000 deposit which would take 5 days, BACS should be instant. I waited 5 days and still no deposit, had to send multiple emails to chase them about the deposit which I recieved after 8 working days. I confronted them about selling my car to somebody else for a higher price and they kept changing the subject. I don't understand why such a big company like Mercedes treat their customers like this. Also if they can't get orders completed, why are they taking orders and wasting peoples time?
1st time service where I receive the wrong name on invoice. Made 3 calls no one able to resolve. Some 45 minutes still no response. Very annoying. how can you get the wrong name and charge someone else. Mercedes could not find simpler way to resolving after all that where someone could have taken responsibility. still waiting!!!

Kishan at Mercedes-Benz of Coventry set the bar high across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry he was responsive and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless with a stress free and exciting process. Kishan's attention to detail and dedication to my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect from beginning to end! Not only was he able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs but also another for my parents. We purchased 2 cars in 2 months, this was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. I recommended anyone to go visit Mercedes-Benz Coventry if looking for a new car, all round great service and super knowledgeable!

My Car was with them for 3 months with parts on order. Little communication unless they wanted a loan car back when i was given as little as a few hours notice - cars were exchanged (with my fuel) 5 times When I finally got the car back a strong Ammonia smell ocurred within days . Seems in the 'repair' a leak had occurred in the Adblu line Aftersales Director called me with no knowledge of the issues No one has called since . No apology Nice Uniforms Poor Customer Service
I’m happy with my purchase. They had the best vehicle for an amazing price with extra mod cons at no extra cost., The only thing I didn’t like was the £500 deposit to ensure I provide the log book details once t take off my private plate. Apart from that Bart & Jordan did do their best to secure a great finance deal. My issues were resolved fairly nonetheless.

Having been in the motor trade myself for all of my working life until 15 years ago, it was a breath of fresh air to speak to a sales exec that could answer my questions and was helpful. A very big thank you to Darren Price who has always returned calls and emails and has been very helpful through out the whole process including handover and questions since. I have to say he is an asset to the sales department along with Abid who was also very helpful. It was a shame that we could not experience the whole dealership buying and handover experience due to the Covid epidemic.
Thank you Bart and Rebecca for your honesty and professional standards, as always quick to help and quick to reassure, I was extremely worried for my car, between you and Rebecca my car was restored fault free with minimum fuss and would recommend yourselves and the whole team of Mercedes Coventry, if only all things in life was so simple, with Mercedes whats not to like, Thanks again Bart and Rebecca.
