Bought a car from them 15 months ago and I haven't had my hand out of my pocket paying for repairs. Company wasn't interested when you phoned them, wouldn't a childs pedal car of them save yourself money and stress and avoid at all costs. Right set of Del boys.
Avoid these criminals, bought van for 8k nothing but problems, they ignore responsibility. zero due diligence. they need shutting down. signed service book which they never serviced they band-aid the vehicle until out of warrently then its bye bye. - if you have problems early on ring your finance company and compain they can do something about it if you have proof.

Faulty car, no willingness to accept fault and even when they have, they are trying to avoid my calls to collect payment for the necessary warranty work. This is one of the worst buying decisions i have ever made. Shocking customer service from start to finish ( i wish i could say it was finished); that will be a matter for the courts

Bought a transit custom, the next morning there was oil everywhere on the ground upon inspection the oil filter had completely rusted through and caused most of the engine oil to spill out. I rang Cowley Motor Company, asked if it had been serviced he said “all vehicles are serviced before leaving” to which I explained what had happed so no it had not been serviced! “bring it back n we will service it” as this would be difficult not being able to start the van at all and needed it for work we agreed i would buy the oil and filter and service it myself and they would refund the cost of items. This then took 18days of chasing to get the money back (£60)since then weve had countless issues all of which we paid to be fixed as needed the van for work costing over £300.Now to top it off the gearbox has failed garage has quoted £1200 this is devastating for the business and upset us alot. Not the dealers problem as out of warranty

Went in to see a car, Rep was extremely rude constantly saying someone wants to put a deposit down so hurry up! when ask to test drive the car he said NO! How can u expect someone to pay u over 9k and not test drive the car ...car was not clean at all ! AVOID disgusting service!
Don’t know where to start really.... when we first came to see the 14k Mercedes Aclass I asked jack about the service history & was assured it had Full Mercedes service history & he would print it off for when we picked it up. When we came to pick up he said he had not printed it as he had trouble that morning logging into Mercedes website but assured me if I took key into Mercedes they would do it for me! I asked if he was absolutely positive it had service history & he convinced me he had seen it,,, I took his word for it!! We arrived home & car wouldn’t lock... we had to go to Halfords to buy batteries for both keys.... luckily we just made it or car would be open all night. Then we noticed the Hugh dent at bottom of drivers door! Was our own fault admittedly for not finding before, but he had parked the car on pick up close to another one & raining so it made it difficult to see. The car had not been cleaned so decided to clean it, that’s when we discovered it was caked in sap or something similar.... took hours to polish off!! We went to Mercedes next day and they said that there was no service history with them at all.... just the delivery report at 18miles. Annoyed I called Jack & he said I’m sure there is somewhere...... a week later ( & many calls) I received a Very dodgy looking service book with 2 services in same hand writing & pen, one about 15k with a Mercedes stamp but no details of garage it supposedly was serviced in and the second one done in the garage they use for mots. Not believing these where real I took to approved Mercedes garage who was of the opinion that the car had not been recently serviced as the screen wash was empty & the engine oil was definitely not new. Very upsetting experience ..... I think that Jack tells so many lies he actually believes himself!!

hi i am worried about this company i am in my 70s i bought a car 5 weeks a go from them i have spent over 400 hundred £ on new bracks the car has started to pull to one side so i took it to agarage to see wy i was told to take the car back some thing is very ronge its going back monday
I bought a Fiesta St from the company in January, I was told the car would come with 12 month MOT, which it didn’t (runs out in November), but this was the first of many lies/false promises from the company. Firstly, I went to view the car, which was under the canopy there and was dimly lit, which now makes sense as the car had many problems which could be hidden by poor lighting. As I am not a car expert, I didn’t think to look at minor details such as headlights, wheel arches etc but the headlight brackets were BODGED with silicone rubber as the brackets were snapped, the wheel arch liner is snapped, the bonnet has a date on it of late 2019 indicating a sale from breakers yard or auction. All of this was discovered as things have started to go wrong on the car, and this leads me to believe of a front end collision, which I was not informed about. Upon asking them, they told me I should’ve contacted them sooner, and it’s not their problem as I could’ve done it myself. I would avoid at all costs, the ‘salesman’ is highly unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the car, and after a series of messages he has basically told me I cannot do anything.

Verbally agreed to view a car made appointment for Today, as when we called to view on Monday the rep was in & out of the office all day so we was advised we couldn’t see it On the Monday earliest we could would be the Wednesday, So we agreed to travel up on my partners day off which was today arranged a time of 11am... my partner called 3 times no answer I called off my own number to be told the car was sold yesterday via email by the boss... however advised they have another car for more money... This was a cash sale for nearly 8k I feel they talk a good game however the reviews below are a true reflection on there customer service levels with the company, this is before even taking a glimpse at any of their cars... Better turn around and commute back... have a wonderful day...

Avoid, avoid avoid avoid Never buy a car from them I bought a Bmw 1 series and I end up spending £4000 on the car. Once you buy car they wouldn’t take any responsibility for it they have a disgraceful Customer service they are really rude. All I can say avoid this guys

Cannot recommended this dealer enough, great staff and service. Jack & John both brilliant and really knowledgable and helpful throughout from first enquiry to weeks after purchase when I was still asking silly questions.. Car is beautiful, fantastic and I could not be happier with it, i paid full price for this car and it is worth every penny. Would definitely buy from this garage again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.
