Kevin was both professional, honest and helpful. The sale was very quick. Not at all pushy and extremely friendly. Let us test drive as much as we needed. Arranged for our car to be cleaned just after purchase. I love my new Renault Wind! Cheers Kevin :o)

Craven Cars sold my elderly parents a WRITTEN OFF, and DANGEROUS car. The complete passenger side had been filled ad sprayed over. They refused to refund them ANY money. Consequently, i SUED them, and i won. I was given every single penny of my money back by the credit card company, as they had the ordascity to move location and to get away from paying their court fine. Conseqnently, the bank had to recoup the money from Craven Cars. This company is TERRIBLE. Please guys, do NOT trust them with a single penny of your money.

Craven cars were really good, I traveled down by train and they picked me up from the station and drove me to the dealership, the whole sale was very quick, just signed the paperwork and drove away. They taxed the car for me using their computer and ensured me I could call up any time if I experienced any problems with the car.
