PAID A £100 DEPOSIT CAME FROM MANCHESTER ON A TRAIN TO CREDIBLE CAR SALES IN SHEFFIELD, BEARING IN MIND IM A TRADER MYSELF AND HE KNEW THAT, I ASKED HIM IF THE CAR HAD ANY ISSUES AND HE SAID NO!! TURNED UP TO VIEW THAT CAR WONT GO INTO SILLY PICKY THINGS HOWEVER, OIL CAP HAD WATER DRIPPING IN IT (SERIOUS ISSUE) DIDNT TELL ME THE CAR HAD DPF DELETED AND REMAPPED AS IT WAS THROWING AN UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT OF SMOKE OUT WHEN ACCELERATING , LONG STORY CUT SHORT EXPLAINED THE REASONS WHY I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY THE CAR AND ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR THE DEPOSIT, HE SAID HE WILL REFUND IT SO GOT THE TRAIN BACK TO MANCHESTER (AT MY EXPENSE!) AND HE NEVER ANSWERED ANY CALLS OR TEXTS, HE IS FCA REGISTERED, VAT REGISTERED & RUNNING A BUSINESS LIKE THAT, WELL NOW ITS MY TURN TO MAKE SURE THAT £100 GOES A LONG WAY!!

Absolutely terrible service at Credible Car Sales. Agreed to buy a car from the company, gave deposit and signed agreement ready to have delivered at end of week, only to be rang midweek and told that firstly his wife wanted the car then to change his story and tell me it had been in a accident in the time from me agreeing to buy it and the day I was called. Fair enough he did give me a full refund but doesn't make up for the service I received.

Excellent customer service nothing was too much trouble for them sorted out the finance very quickly and smoothly plus after care is second to none I would recommend this company 100% Thanks for the excellent service I will be back to do business again in the future
