So far so good with my Audi A1. I only take the car on small trips but recently I completed a 45 minuet drive, and it went without a fault. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Brandon (the salesman). I had a lot going on when it came to viewing the car, but he made sure it was as easy as possible. It was also nice to hear that if I had any issues, I could call him up directly, which I haven't had to do yet.

Ross made the whole car buying process very smooth and simple. I was able to take the Audi out on a test drive before going ahead with the purchase, and it was a great help to make the right decision. I've managed to put a few miles on the clock since, and it's driving as expected.

Great service overall from the team at Crewe Audi. I just need my heated wing mirrors to get looked at, but luckily I have sensors when it comes to parking. There isn't a bad thing I can say about my experience.

I'd have no issues buying again from Crewe Audi. The salesman was very accommodating, and I felt that everything was just perfect! There is a light that appears on the dash about my lights, but I'm not sure if it's because the weather is getting colder, so I'll keep an eye on it and check the manual. Otherwise the car has been great and I've got no complaints.

It's the wife's car that I purchased from here and she seems happy, up to now I haven't heard of any issues with the car. I should have seen the car before making the purchase because I thought it was the quattro model but none the less, it's a great car.

Mark you were amazing! I was very indecisive on what spec and colour car I wanted but Mark went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better service, and the car has been all good since driving away.

Unfortunately, I don't give anything top marks because I think that there is always room for improvement, but Crewe Audi was very close! I originally enquired for a car which was a little bit closer to York which is where I'm from, but there wasn't the right car for me. So after looking on the internet, I widened my search and this is when I saw the beautiful Audi RS Q3! It looked amazing and after calling up the dealership, I got a little bit more information about the car and I was happy to make the trip down. After the long trip, I was greeted by Tim who was just amazing to work with and I think we worked well together, as I've purchased a lot of cars before this one so I knew the process. Everything was made easy and when I drove the car away, I looked forward to the long trip back to York, making sure to avoid the speed camaras, of course. It was well worth the trip!
