I've managed to add 1450 miles to the clock since getting my car back in January and so far I've been getting on great with it. Alex looked after me from the start but he was off when it came to the handover. He sorted everything before and it made everything smooth.

My Audi Q2 has been great, I’m loving it. The brakes might need looking at as they’ve been grinding a bit, but other than that, it’s been amazing. William was the salesman who looked after me and he was brilliant. This was my first time getting finance, and he made the whole process easy. He talked me through all the steps and paperwork with patience.

Mark was the salesman that I dealt with throughout my purchase but when I came to collect the car it was someone else doing the handover, but Mark had sorted everything out beforehand, so it was a very smooth and easy handover. I felt that he was very helpful and upfront about the car.

Other than having the dealership closer to home, I wouldn't change anything about my visit. I've had my car for a couple of months, and I'm happy with it. I had a follow up from the dealership shortly after regarding some stone chips, and they've been sorted now. All positive things to say.

This is my first time owning an Audi and so far it's been all good, I really like it. Mark was the salesman that looked after me on the day of purchasing and I thought he was great. There were a few answers to my questions he wasn't too sure about, but he managed to answer the majority.
