I absolutely love my Q3. It’s my first Audi, as I had a Mokka before, and I’m so glad I made the switch. Adam was amazing throughout the whole process. I had loads of questions and he was so lovely/ helpful to deal with, making sure I was completely comfortable with everything. The whole experience was nice and easy, with a straightforward process and a smooth handover. I couldn’t be happier with my new car!

Crewe Audi aren't exactly local, as I'm up in Scotland but the team made sure everything went to plan. When I arrived Michael had everything ready to go. Everyone was very courteous and it was perfect.

I love my Audi A3 from Crewe Audi. The car is being used most days and to be honest I think I'll go over my quoted miles because it's been used that much. Tim was sound on the day and everything went well.

My Audi A3 has been nothing short of perfect. I've managed to go out in the car quite a bit since driving away in October. Brandon was a great salesman while I was at the dealership, his approach was fantastic. I thought he was a massive help to support me while I was making my purchase and when it came to the handover, that was also perfect.

Frankie did a brilliant job and I can't thank him enough for his customer service. There was a small issue with a parcel shelf but he did what he could to get it sorted and from start to finish I thought his communication was excellent.

Everything has been positive on my end—the car is running great. From the initial enquiry to the handover, the whole process was completed within a week, including the paperwork which I thought was handled quickly and efficiently. Mark looked after me during the purchase, and his quick response times to my emails, even in the evenings made it clear he had the best intentions and genuinely cared about providing great service.
