Mark was absolutely brilliant, really really helpful and kind, he worked efficiently to get everything sorted in a short time frame. I purchased a blue Audi TT and I love it!! My Husband dealt with the majority of the communicating, but I drive the car and I couldn't be happier. I happily rate these a 5/5 for service, products and staff. It's highly likely I will be back when and as I'm ready for a change, but for now, I am loving the TT and can't ever imagine driving anything else but this!

I have recently come from a Land Rover Discovery and I wanted something smaller in size and more economical to run. I went with an Audi Q5 after seeing it advertised with Crewe Audi, it fit the bill for the reasons for swapping cars. The best thing about the Q5 is how good it is for parking, I didn't realise the size was such a difference until driving the Q5 for a few days, but that was the whole point of changing! Crewe Audi / Michael, the sales agent, was absolutely excellent to deal with. Michael was attentive, helpful, and displayed excellent manners, he's a great salesman. For those Audi lovers out there - I highly recommend Crewe Audi!

Brandon from Crewe Audi is absolutely fantastic and a real credit to the company, I would return to Crewe Audi just to deal with Brandon alone. I went to buy a new car for my daughter, she is thrilled with her new Audi A1, she has upgraded from a Mini which has been a big change for her.. She is always out and about in it now. The dealership was lovely and clean but honestly, I can't sing Brandon's praises enough, he was great with both me and my daughter, very helpful, answered all our questions and made us feel so welcome. Full marks is a big ask but Brandon made it happen.

I have gotten myself an Audi TT, I had one a long time ago and it’s such a great, small all-rounder car, the build quality is like nothing else I have driven, I very much have a soft spot for these cars. Ross looked after me during the sale, I appreciated how every question I asked, I didn't need to chase for an answer, he set an expectation and stuck to it or if there was a delay getting the information, he called and let me know. I live nearly 3 hours away from the dealership so good communication was a very reassuring factor. The whole process was straight forward, stress-free and very well organised, I love my car and I am very satisfied.

I am so glad I trusted Crewe Audi with my business, the service has been superb! Ross was really easy to deal with, reassuring and kept the communication up right the way through. I had a Ford S Max before when the kids were all living at home, now they have moved out, we have a little more money to play with and don't need anything nearly as big, I treated myself to an Audi A4. It's super enjoyable to drive and i defiantly feel I have made the right decision.

This is my first time dealing with Crewe Audi, it's a great set up and the staff are lovely. The car is excellent, I am yet to set up my Audi app and fully integrate with the systems but my son is over at the weekend and he has a Q2 so he is going to help me with getting this sorted. There are a couple little bit which I need to look into, the tire pressure warning light came on a few times and it wasn't until i realized there was a missing dust cap and it wasn't until I replaced this that the issue stopped which I found was strange. There is also a knocking noise when I go over a speed bump or brake aggressively, getting this booked in to be looked at shortly. I am very happy with how attentive the team are before, during and after the sale and I appreciate the happy to help attitude.

The new Q3 is lovely although, unfortunately I can't drive it at the moment as I broke my wrist in Prague 😓I have another 4 weeks of recovery until I will be able to drive again but in the meantime it does look beautiful on my drive way. I drove the car a few times before we went away and it has been really lovely, smooth, comfortable and rather exciting. It's my first automatic so I still find myself reaching for the phantom gear stick but it's making all the difference in traffic. I look forward to getting back on the road in my Q3, the only thing which stopped me from giving full marks is the day of collection, there were a couple marks still on the car which the team were happy to take back and resolve, I would have rated 5 stars without a doubt if they didn't need this.

I am really enjoying my new Audi A3 and enjoying discovering all the new techy features. I have always been loyal to Audi as I love the manufacture, the build quality, the reliability, they look fantastic and are really comfortable to drive. I have had some trouble setting myself up as a key user, I have been discussing this with Mark but we can't seem to catch each other to discuss further, I've missed a few call backs and he has missed a couple of mine. Mark has been incredibly helpful throughout, the expectations he has set have all been met or exceeded. Crewe Audi is a great place to look if you are in the market for a new Audi. Highly recommendable business.
