I unluckily purchased a car a couple of months ago which has developed a serious fault. After numerous unanswered calls/voicemails and emails I asked a friend to take me there (as the car I purchased is not fit for the road) to find the forecourt locked up and empty. There was no notices or anything to provide further contact information or warranty assistance. It would appear I’ve now got to fund the costly repairs myself. I’m annoyed as they should have told me they were in trouble so I could have made a informed decision before purchasing!

I have bought a few cars and a van from this garage and have always found them extremely helpful & hassle free, always been given a good px price & I have had the odd small problem with two cars which they sorted for me straight away with no cost to me, even when one item was not covered by the warranty! I personally can not fault this garage and I would certainly recommend Crewe Car & Van Centre 100%

A pleasant experience from start to finish, the staff were friendly, the car was exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I bought a car from here early December 2017, I love the car it was exactly what i had been searching for, The staff were very helpful and there was no pressure what so ever but after 8 weeks and 3000 miles my passenger window stopped working, I called them and they asked i drop the car in too there garage which they use for repairs, Apparently it was the window motor ? Anyway they replaced it with no cost or hassle to me and they kept me fully informed of what was happening. I have been so pleased that i have just been and bought a Van off them also which again was a pleasant no pressure experience and i would defiantly recommend Crewe Car & Van Centre.

I would not recommend this car dealership in Crewe. They look ok, seem ok, appear helpful and are pleased to see you when you show up to collect your car. Then once they have your money thats it, no help if you have a problem, wont answer phone, refuse to put anything right, promise to ring you and never do, a bad experience from my point of view when buying from Crewe Car and Van Centre.
