I am so pleased with my SEAT Leon, I've just taken it on a long drive to London and it was brilliant, it was comfortable on a long drive and so smooth on the motorways. Its much belter than the old clapped out Astra I had. Its a fab car, I'm loving it! Tom was really good, he made the whole situation seem simple and easy. I really liked that there was no pressure or breathing down my neck following me around, Tom left us to look at the car and was around when we had any questions. I felt valued as a customer. We had actually gone to a different SEAT branch before visiting Crewe, where I stood waiting for over 30 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge me, so I left got back online and found the SEAT Leon with Crewe Audi - the difference in service/attention to customers between the branches was unreal. I will use Crewe SEAT as my first port of call next time I want a new car.

I just swapped my Citroen for a SEAT and its a welcomed change. The SEAT is quite similar in regards to the interior and display so is not too much different. Its lovely to drive, really smart inside, its brand new so it feels great. Luke was perfect, very to the point and helpful. The change over was smooth with no issues. I'd gladly return for another car in the future.

I picked my Hyundai Kona up and 2 days later it was snowing and super icey... that was one way to get used to it! It handled perfectly and I couldn't have been more grateful that I was in the Kona and not my old Polo. I have 2 kids that are still in car seats so the Kona is so much more practical for my family, there's so much more room and its comfortable with the kids and all their bits, it makes all the difference having something bigger! I have to be honest, car dealerships are not somewhere I wanted to go... its very male oriented and daunting the thought of walking in with no car knowledge, so I got my Dad to come with me, but I really needn't have worried, Tom who was the agent selling the car, was absolutely incredible, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He explained every single last detail ensuring I was fully aware of everything before signing. He was so good, I really wanted to pass a special thank you on to Tom, he really changed my opinion of car dealerships/salesmen and next time I want to change my car I know I will 100% buy from him again, and maybe I wont need to take my Dad haha! Thank you so much Tom.

So far so good... Very pleased with my car, zero issues or problems. I am still getting my head around the car and all its tech/modern gadgets, there's loads of good stuff going on inside it. Jordan did a great job the service was really good, very straight forward and simple. I happily pass on my recommendations if you are reading this review and considering buying from Crewe Seat.

I made the journey from Preston to Crewe for the BMW 2 Series, and I must say, it was well worth it. The car is fantastic, and I'm really enjoying the drive of it. Having driven numerous cars, I can confidently say the BMW 2 Series stands out for sure. A special mention to Luke, who provided a lovely smashing service. Despite the dealership being short-staffed and under pressure on the day I collected the car, Luke remained professional. He ensured that all time frames were met without compromising on the quality of service. Luke's customer service made the whole experience very, very good. Highly recommended!

I am thrilled with my choice of the Audi Q2, especially in the elegant navy blue colour. As I'm getting accustomed to the features, I'm enjoying the spacious and comfortable feel of the car. Its much bigger than my previous car and serving its purpose extremely well.

Tom was absolutely excellent, the customer service he provided was fantastic. Tom took great care of me, addressing any concerns, answering all my questions and eliminating any worries I had. Tom took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the car, and additionally, he set up the media system and phone system for me. When I drove off the forecourt, the car was not only in top condition but it was also equipped with all the gadgets and features ready to go. I highly recommend and will certainly be happy to buy from Crewe SEAT and Tom again in the future.
