I have recently upgraded from what I would have called 'my old tin foil car', a 07 Vauxhall Corsa... To a next to new Audi Q2... its such a lovely car to drive, I'm loving the comfort and modernised technology in it. When I first enquired about the car, I knew I wasn't going to be seeing it beforehand, so the salesman, Luke, was great in sending me a video of a walk through and talk through of the car, inside and out so I knew what I was signing myself up for. I was really happy with what I saw and the car was exactly what I wanted so I planned to go and collect it a few days later. When I went to collect the car I was late on the day and Luke had another appointment shortly after mine, so it did feel a little rushed, however I can appreciate this was down to me being late.

I am most pleased with my new purchase, a fantastic Cupra Formentor, brand new! Its a fantastic car to drive with very nice/modern features. Luke is a great salesman and I highly recommend visiting him if you're after yourself a new motor.

I travelled about 2 hours to pick up my 1 Series from Crewe, I am over the moon with the car, its amazing to drive and certainly an upgrade from my old Fiesta! It was nice to do the longer drive home and get a good feel for the car on various different roads. Its performing well and drives a dream. The customer service from Jordan was great, I didn't have any issues at all, he was perfect to deal with.

I think its speaks volumes about a business when you have issues after the sale and they resolve and rectify straight away, I've never had this before when buying a car. The aftercare I've received has been amazing. I bought an A5 from Crewe SEAT, and the car developed a problem, as soon as I went into the branch to tell them about it, they have instantly got me booked in with Audi, which is nearby, for the problems to be resolved at no cost to myself. They never made it difficult for me to return with an issue and they were very helpful and welcoming. I was dealing with a saleswomen called Imogen when buying the car and she was so lovely, really helpful and she was able to answer any single question I asked. Thank you for caring after the sale as much as you did at the sale. I would happily buy from here again and the Audi branch knowing how well you are looked after.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Crewe Seat and I was really impressed with the level of service which I received from start to finish.
