Purchased my Audi Q3 from Crewe VW with salesman Sam. Discussed my budget with Sam and they offered me a good price on my part ex. On collection I was pleasantly surprised with unexpected 4 new tyres, brakes, discs and pads and cosmetic scuff repair. The car was immaculate inside and out. Couldn’t have been more pleased thanks to Sam!

This was my first time purchasing a car from Crewe Volkswagen and while everything went really well, I would still rate it 4.5* as there is always room for improvement. That being said, Dominic (the salesman) was really good and I have no complaints about him at all. I haven't been on any long runs in my ID.3 but for the small trips, it's been okay.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything that would have made the experience 5 stars, but it all went fine. There was no hard sell from the salesman, and he was helpful in answering my questions about the 2 Series.
