Couldn't be happier with my new Scirocco, the car is exactly what I wanted, its beautiful. Thanks to everybody who helped me at the dealership too.

I had a Golf before hand and I have had numerous VW's in the past, the Golf is defo my favourite to date. I wanted to upgrade to a newer and more modern model so went for a brand new factory fresh white Golf, its immense! I knew the gist of the car but there was lots of new functions and features. Mike talked me through everything and even though I've had this car before he told me things I didnt even know about it! It drives so nicely and was obviously in brand spanking new immaculate condition! Thanks to Mike for also sorting the paperwork out and the v5, I've waited weeks and week before but this was returned back to me in a matter of days! Great salesman, great car and great dealership.

I have just purchased my Golf and I am so happy with it, its such a nice car I've wanted a Golf for ages and now I've finally bought it I'm so so so happy! Martin was brilliant and really helpful he looked after me well and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving with my new car.

I have purchased 32 new cars over the years and I whole heartly believe Mike B from Crewe Volkswagen is the best salesman I have ever come across. It was totally my pleasure to deal with him. The R8 purchase is 1000% off the back of Mike's service and recommendations. I am totally happy with the Touareg, I have done over 4,000 miles in it so far and its been a dream. Mike made this whole experience a pleasure, he couldn't do enough for me and my daughter, he was amazing! My daughter was adamant on the grey Polo when we first spoke to Mike he explained everything and was more than happy to explain all the finer details etc. He didn't hide behind anything and was very upfront. When my daughter went to collect the car Mike had made it extra special for her, it was such a lovely surprise and I feel he went out of his way to do this. I highly recommend Mike and would return to Volkswagen to buy another car from Mike without hesitation.

I have used Crewe Volkswagen for years now, and my Daughter also uses the dealership now to buy her cars, we are very loyal returning customers and never have any problems dealing with the staff there. This time round I dealt with Mike, I've never dealt with Mike before, but he was great, a very lovely chap and ever so friendly. I have gone with a Volkswagen T-Roc, I had one of these before but I have downsized with the engine. I'm getting to grips with the difference now, going for a 1.5 to a 1 litre was a big change, but now I've figured out I need to move up the gears more quickly, its a lovely smooth drive. I must say this 1 litre goes like a rocket. I will wait for them to call me again in a year or two to look at the options of another new car, but until then, I'm thoroughly enjoying my little speed demon!

Purchasing a car has never been this easy! Mike at Crewe VW was excellent, knows his stuff, guided the sale smoothly and quickly and was only on the other end of the phone if I needed anything. I'm over the moon with the Arteon, a lovely car, nice features and very comfortable to drive. Highly recommend: Mike, Crewe VW and the VW Arteon!

I called VW in Crewe with high hopes and probably unrealistic expectations of a service within the next few days.... they completely exceeded! They managed to get me in for a service on my T-Roc that very same day and everything was done in a matter of hours. They are such a lovely garage, everybody is very smiley and welcoming and I am always offered and hot or cold drink, just a nice place to visit with lovely lovely staff. They got to work on the service as soon as I arrived, very straight forward and I'm pleased with the over-all care I received, they are brilliant!
