For the time I've owned my Volkswagen T-Roc, it's been going alright, and at the moment I've had no issues with it. Jacob was the salesman who looked after me an he was brilliant. A test drive was offered before making any decisions.

Overall I was happy with the service from VW Crewe and although everything didn't quite go to plan for handover the team listened to me and work to resolve the issues as quickly as they could. The process of buying the car from a distance was very easy and smooth but after discovering an issue with the car it meant that handover was a week later than agreed. I feel confident that should an issue arise then they would resolve it and I will look to use again which shows how happy I am.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience with the team. I'm very pleased with my ID.4 and although I've only used the car for small trips that are under 100 miles, I've been pleased with it. I'm taking the car out tomorrow for its first long trip, which will be a good test to see how I get on. I'm just waiting for the V5 to arrive to have all the necessary paperwork.
