Great car and great service

Great service from the salesman. He couldn't do enough for me. Upon getting the car home, I came to wash the car the following Sunday and I noticed a lot of over spray on the paint work. I know the car had been in to the repair shop for the rear bumper sorting out. The car should have been inspected prior to my collection. To the naked eye it looks great, but when you run a sponge over it you can feel the roughness. I'm now having to get the clay bared and polished.

The best! I had a Clio before and I was in the market for an upgrade, so I went for the Golf and it's been really nice and it's running great.

Since I come from a ID.5 before, I was very familiar with the car but I still found the team to be really helpful and it made for a great experience. The car is running as expected. I had the chance to use the heated front window today and it worked very well. I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

We dealt with two different salesmen during our experience. The first car we purchased was brought back to the dealership, not because there was anything wrong with it, it just wasn't the car for us. Both salesmen went above and beyond to help us swap the car for a Tiguan, and their support made the process easy. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
