There was a bit of stress leading up to taking the car home (nothing to do with Crewe Volkswagen) DVLA basically screwed up on their end which caused a bit of bother with taxing the vehicle but it's all sorted now and Anton/ his manager did what they could to help get the issue resolved. I've recently had the log book through the post, so I've got all of the outstanding paperwork.

I've already added 2000 miles to the clock of my Tesla and I've been getting on fine with it for the most part. The salesman was great at the point of sale. I did have to wait for the car to charge before driving home but that's my only reason for not giving top marks.

I’m getting on fine with my Golf it's absolutely lovely. I’m still learning about some of the features, but the switch from manual to automatic has been much easier than I thought it would be. Scott was absolutely marvellous! He was wonderful and spent so much time patiently explaining everything to me. He had a great sense of humours but struck the right balance to make the experience enjoyable and professional. I honestly couldn’t think of anything that could have been better. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I am super happy with my purchase (VW Golf) and the service from Mike is always above and beyond... Mike will always get my praise, his service is always 5 towards me personally! Thanks again Mike!!

Couldn't be happier with my new Scirocco, the car is exactly what I wanted, its beautiful. Thanks to everybody who helped me at the dealership too.

I had a Golf before hand and I have had numerous VW's in the past, the Golf is defo my favourite to date. I wanted to upgrade to a newer and more modern model so went for a brand new factory fresh white Golf, its immense! I knew the gist of the car but there was lots of new functions and features. Mike talked me through everything and even though I've had this car before he told me things I didnt even know about it! It drives so nicely and was obviously in brand spanking new immaculate condition! Thanks to Mike for also sorting the paperwork out and the v5, I've waited weeks and week before but this was returned back to me in a matter of days! Great salesman, great car and great dealership.

I have just purchased my Golf and I am so happy with it, its such a nice car I've wanted a Golf for ages and now I've finally bought it I'm so so so happy! Martin was brilliant and really helpful he looked after me well and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving with my new car.

Mike made this whole experience a pleasure, he couldn't do enough for me and my daughter, he was amazing! My daughter was adamant on the grey Polo when we first spoke to Mike he explained everything and was more than happy to explain all the finer details etc. He didn't hide behind anything and was very upfront. When my daughter went to collect the car Mike had made it extra special for her, it was such a lovely surprise and I feel he went out of his way to do this. I highly recommend Mike and would return to Volkswagen to buy another car from Mike without hesitation.
