I have used Crewe Volkswagen for years now, and my Daughter also uses the dealership now to buy her cars, we are very loyal returning customers and never have any problems dealing with the staff there. This time round I dealt with Mike, I've never dealt with Mike before, but he was great, a very lovely chap and ever so friendly. I have gone with a Volkswagen T-Roc, I had one of these before but I have downsized with the engine. I'm getting to grips with the difference now, going for a 1.5 to a 1 litre was a big change, but now I've figured out I need to move up the gears more quickly, its a lovely smooth drive. I must say this 1 litre goes like a rocket. I will wait for them to call me again in a year or two to look at the options of another new car, but until then, I'm thoroughly enjoying my little speed demon!

Purchasing a car has never been this easy! Mike at Crewe VW was excellent, knows his stuff, guided the sale smoothly and quickly and was only on the other end of the phone if I needed anything. I called VW in Crewe with high hopes and probably unrealistic expectations of a service within the next few days.... they completely exceeded! They managed to get me in for a service on my T-Roc that very same day and everything was done in a matter of hours. They are such a lovely garage, everybody is very smiley and welcoming and I am always offered and hot or cold drink, just a nice place to visit with lovely lovely staff. They got to work on the service as soon as I arrived, very straight forward and I'm pleased with the over-all care I received, they are brilliant!

Couldn't fault a thing, really easy to book in, saw to me on time, no delays, car was serviced, cleaned and ready for collection earlier than expected. Everybody I spoke to was perfect and always happy to help.

I was really shocked, but impressed to receive a follow up call after my Golf had its service, they called to check I was happy with the experience, that everything was done on time, and the staff were helpful and polite etc. I've never had that before and think its such a lovely touch. I was extremely happy with everything they did, they were lovely guys and very thorough. Perfect experience for somebody who doesn't like dealing with cars and servicing, MOT etc. Thank you again for your amazing customer service from start to finish, and even after!

I've bought many cars before in my time and I've never come across a main dealership with such fantastic sales staff, especially Mike who guided me through the purchase, he was superb. He was knowledgeable, helpful and always called me back if he said he would. We purchased a VW Tiguan, its mainly for my Wife and the kids, and its perfect for it, very practical but a nice motor at the same time. Its brand new so in immaculate condition and drives like a dream. Zero concerns or complaints and we will be more than happy to shop here again when we are due an upgrade.

Me and my partner have had a number of cars with Crewe Volkswagen and we always take them back for any maintenance work, they go for a service regularly and they always do health checks on the cars to let us know where they are up to. The staff are always so friendly and polite, just really nice people to talk to. I've never had any issues with them and I've always felt they bend over backwards for us as customers.
