I booked an appointment today at Crewe Volkswagen to view, test drive and talk through purchase options at Crewe VW. On arrival the Salesman Steve who was supposed to dealing with us was now engaged with a walk-in. A young lady who was still training acme and spoke to us in his absence. She took us to the car we had come to see, but knew very little about it. We asked for a test drive, the car was fitted with trade plates and the young lady told us that we could only drive around the block.... apx 1 mile, as it was rush hour I then had to suggest that we go a little further to get the car over 30mph she told us that because the car was new they didn't want too many miles going on it ? Back at the show room we told VW Crewe what we thought of them and walked away. Our intention was to have a good look at and perhaps buy a brand new VW Tiguan, a range topping R-Design 240. I have received better service from a back street car dealer. Unprofessional and Incompetent. Das Welt ? Not this world, never, not in Crewe anyway.
