Serviced as planned with a minor problem checked out 2 days later immediately. Sam in sales took the time to explain and demonstrate the PDK system so well that I now know what my next car will be and I will be monitoring Cridfords web site.

Brought a car from Cridfords and had a service by them 3 months after purchase. After the service I found the oil level was low and wouldn't change when topped up. Took it back to be told the engine has got dirt inside and requires a re-build at a cost of 8k. Should take 6-8 weeks but in reality 12 weeks and still counting. I would avoid this garage and it's cars at all costs.

Cridfords are not the type of people you want to be dealing with. Very dishonest car dealer that created me a world of headaches. Firstly removed the warranty from the sales contract without saying anything, then took the tax disc off the car to keep the refund for himself, and then tried for 12 months to withhold the VAT refund I was due.
