We bought our Volvo v40 cross country from Mark who was very knowledgeable and friendly. No hard sell, easy going, good communication, honest and very fair and helpful. We are extremely happy with the car and in all a great car buying experience all round. Thank you Mark @ Cromford cars.

Poor experience with this company. As part of the contract of sale they offered to have the wheels repainted as they were badly curbed which I was happy with. However, the wheels were done 3 times and the lacquer is still flaking off. As it's a 3.5 hour round trip I said I didn't want to make the drive again, to have another poor job done by the same person. Offered to have them done locally if they made a contribution to which they eventually agreed. Now refusing to honour their agreement and claiming blackmail over the threat of leaving a poor review. I have all the emails and photos, don't trust this company.

In August, I bought a BMW from, this dealer. The dealer knew what he was talking about but he was lying through his teeth about everything. I have had nothing but problems with this car since day one. There were a lot of things that had been covered up. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
