Incredibly professional and friendly company Harvey was absolutely fantastic. I was quite hesitant about buying a car from a garage I didn’t know, especially one located over 200 miles from my hometown. However, from the very first phone call, Harvey completely put me at ease. He even offered to pick us up from the station and explained all the additional checks they carry out, which really helped build confidence in the process. He also shared some really useful tips on how I could save money when it comes to financing my next car, which I genuinely appreciated. On top of that, he’s simply a lovely, genuine person. What stood out the most was the time he gave to me, my partner, and our daughter. We never felt rushed at all. We were able to take our time looking over the car, go for a test drive, and then complete the paperwork at our own pace. Harvey carefully talked us through everything, making sure we were comfortable and understood the whole process. Even though we’re over 200 miles away, my partner has already said he’ll be coming back to this garage for his next car. And when the time comes for me to trade mine in, I will 100% be returning to Crompton Motors. I have been really happy with my new car I have used it quite a bit already as I travel for work and then just for commuting also. I haven't had any issues with it. In regards to the service Harvey was brilliant, he was transparent and helped me out even when he didn't have to which was appricated. I came across the car while looking through my fiance website. I then went to view in person at the dealership and all the images and advert were bang on. There was a few things that needed doing before I could take it away, and my dad had noticed that the wet belt did need replacing. They did this for me without any trouble. It has definitely given me peace of mind knowing everything is new that needs to be. Overall I would give Crompton Way a 5.

Everything went absolutely perfect and would 100% recommend them to anybody, it was great. I had a car crash unfortunately and needed a new car. Crompton Way Motors were so accommodating, my hire car had to go back so they gave me a hire car until my car was ready. My partner recommended them on to me, he saw the car and thought it was perfect for me. The guys were so attentive, there mannerisms are very professional and caring. They treated me like an angel!

This is the 3rd car I've got off them, and every experience has been good to be fair. So that's what we did, we needed a bit of a bigger car, my kids are getting bigger, taking up more space, plus we go a lot of day trips and holidays, so we needed a bigger engine for the extra weight and it’s all going well. Their customer service is really good, there isn't a daft question, plus they appreciated my loyalty as this is our 3rd car from them, and gave me the maximum for my part exchange!

Had no issues at all from my 1 series, it’s a lovely car and perfect for me. It’s definitely an upgrade over my little I10, the power mainly helps haha. I was having a look for a while and I was about to ring another dealership I saw this one pop up and it was in Bolton as well, just round the corner, it was meant to be because I fell in love with it when I first seen it. I would say it was great overall in general the customer service was good, they let me have a look at the car and test everything out. They were friendly and not pushy, I was able to do my own thing and take it when I was ready. I’m very happy with the car.
