I wish we'd discovered Crompton Way Motors sooner. This was our first time dealing with them and we have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. The team gave us plenty of time to look around without any pressure, and when we finally settled on a Toyota Rav 4, they handed it over to us in showroom condition which was seriously impressive for a second hand vehicle. The staff at Crompton Way Motors are absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. As a childminder I had very specific needs for a spacious car that could comfortably accommodate the kids, especially with regards to IsoFix features. Braden was incredibly patient throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the answers to my MANY questions. I ended up choosing the Seat Alhambra as it fit within my budget and had decent mileage. It’s the perfect fit for what I needed. I’ll definitely be returning to CWM when it’s time for a new car, and I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. Plus, they’re conveniently close to us which makes it even better!

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for the past couple of months, so I’m finally taking a couple of minutes to get it done. Back in August my wife and I purchased a Mercedes B-Class from Crompton Way Motors, and although I’ve been working away since we collected it, Elle has been driving it and loves it. The car’s running great. To be honest I made a bit of a bold decision by buying it online without seeing it first, which is unlike me. But we were both tired of the traditional car-buying process of endless visits to showrooms and forecourts, so we decided to take the plunge and trust Crompton Way Motors. And wow, we’re so glad we did! The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and we were relieved to find the car was exactly as described when it arrived which was a relief! We've driven past Crompton Way Motors almost every day for the last couple of years, as it's just 5 minutes down the road on our kids school run. I'm not sure why we hadn't stopped in sooner, but I'm glad we finally did. From start to finish, the experience was excellent, and the whole team made us feel valued. As a family-run business, it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers—definitely not the "just another number" feeling you get at some places. We initially spoke with Harvey, the owner's son, who took the time to listen carefully to our needs without any rush. Although he’s fairly new to sales, he was supported by more experienced team members when needed, and everything ran smoothly. By the end of the day, we had spoken to almost everyone on the team, and their service was top-notch throughout. The 3 Series we purchased was absolutely spotless when we picked it up. The only minor hiccup (and I’m being picky here) was that the private plate wasn’t removed before our arrival, but that was sorted quickly without any hassle. Overall, it was a seamless process, and we're glad we finally stopped in. We won’t be going anywhere else for our car needs in the future!

Having a stud farm and a dog grooming business meant we needed a couple of Land Rovers, one for running about the yard and another just for best. We came across CWM online and they had a lovely Freelander advertised. We spoke to a chap called Paul and he came across as very helpful and friendly from the get-go. He couldn't do enough for us and when we ended up buying the car, she was spotlessly clean with a fresh MOT and has been a lovely runner ever since.

Really glad we came across Crompton Way Motors on auto trader. We dealt with a chap called Harvey and he's been great...a really nice chap who's always mega friendly. It feels as if he's become one of our mates actually. We've had a couple of minor issues with the car since, but he's been true to his word in helping us resolve so we can't ask for more than that.

A friend of ours had a Vauxhall Mokka and we really liked the shape of it, so when my wife decided to start learning to drive, we started looking for one. They're great little cars! I think we came across Crompton Way Motors through an advert on Facebook - They were absolutely great to deal with and I'd definitely go back when we're looking for another car. I'm not sure that'll be anytime soon though, as the wife refuses to go out and learn with me haha!
