I have to say I'm absolutely delighted with the service Ive received from Harvey & the team at CWM...I bought a Seat Ibiza from them last month but noticed a few scratches on the bumper. They wasted no time in getting the car booked in with a bodyshop, and everything's hunky-dory now. My daughter's learning to drive and I've asked them to look out for a Vauxhall Adam for her, so fingers crossed we'll be back to buy one soon.

I’m so glad I went for the Dacia...it’s amazing on fuel compared to my old Astra which was a total gas guzzler! Paul and the team at Crompton Way Motors were absolutely lovely and made everything so easy. I always find it a bit tricky adjusting to a new car at first—everything’s familiar but never quite in the same place haha! But overall, I’m really happy with both my choice of car and the dealership that sold it to me.

The kids are absolutely loving our new Qashqai! They keep finding different gadgets, and the cup holders in the middle armrest's a big hit! Especially when we're driving back and forth to Blackpool for dance shows. I've bought from Crompton Way Motors before, and the service this time around was as good as I remembered. We've had a few issues with the type pressure sensors, but the guys have agreed to replace the tyres no questions asked. It's nice to feel you can reply on them if you ever need additional support.

I bought a VW Polo about two weeks ago, and I absolutely love it! I’ve already driven around 800 miles and it’s been amazing. The service from Braden at Crompton Way Motors was brilliant—he was really friendly and went out of his way to help in any way he could. When it turned out the car had the wrong battery, they asked me to bring it back and replaced it with a new one at their own expense. They honestly delivered a five-star service all around!

Unfortunately the Insignia we purchased from CWM had ongoing issues that remained unresolved, resulting in multiple trips back and forth. However the dealership has been incredibly supportive, doing everything within their power to assist us. In the end, we decided it would be best to switch to a Mercedes, and the dealership has kindly taken the Insignia back. We're now set to collect our new car. Although we encountered a few initial setbacks, I can't fault the way Bradley and the team have handled everything. Their aftersales support has been excellent and they have truly stood by their word.
