I’ve always felt pushed and pressured by car salespeople in the past, but Harvey at Crompton Way Motors was a breath of fresh air. He even offered me a lift home after viewing the car, despite the fact I hadn’t committed to buying anything yet which I thought was really nice. I upgraded from a little Mini to a Qashqai, and although it's taken some getting used to, I’m really happy with both my car and the service from the dealership. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends as it’s honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’m really impressed! Thanks to Harvey & the team for everything.

There were a few minor issues with our Hyundai Tucson initially, but the staff at Crompton Way Motors were absolutely fantastic and got everything sorted for us without any hesitation. I absolutely love my new Mini! It’s a good thing considering we drove over four hours to see it—my husband nearly had a fit, haha! I'm glad to say the long journey was completely worth it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip again because the service was that outstanding. Braden was fantastic from the start and stayed in constant contact with me via WhatsApp to ensure everything was ready for our arrival. He was very attentive and answered every single question. To be honest everyone who has bought a pre loved car ever before NEEDS to come here for the experience of a lifetime. Everyone due to the owners standard (Paul) treats you like a special person. My wife and I who happened to have had the worst situation occur with our own car met Harvey (owners son) and manager John and drove away within a couple of hours with our new car. I would say 5 because the experience was really great. I feel like Harvey was very friendly and knew a lot about the vehicle. He was always happy to help with any questions I had about it. Would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

I've got no complaints about the customer service received from Braden, I thought he was amazing to deal with. Other than my car shaking a bit when I start it up, it's going great, and I really like it.
