7000 miles later and my Fiat Fullback is going well. I've got no complaints at all and would happily pass on the recommendation of Crompton Way Motors to others!

I've had my Hyundai for a little time now and the only thing that I need to look at changing is the tyres because the car didn't run the best when we had the snowy weather with the ones that are currently on the car. Otherwise the car has been running okay and just like the day of collection the service was great, I was very impressed.

Any car can handle the basics, but this one goes above and beyond by perfectly meeting my specific needs to tow my caravan, something my previous car just couldn’t manage. Harvey was the salesman who assisted me and he was a really nice lad. The whole experience was effortless.

The Nissan Juke has been really good and I’m really happy with it. I do a lot of commuting and have already put it through its paces with more than 200 miles driven, soon to be more. This was my first time visiting Crompton Way Motors, and Paul was brilliant. I was really happy with the service he provided. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family. Harvey was excellent throughout the sale while I was at Crompton Way Motors. I thought he was very polite and very helpful when I had a question about the car. I went for the Vauxhall Mokka and I've not had any issues with it!

The staff at Crompton Way Motors are absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. As a childminder I had very specific needs for a spacious car that could comfortably accommodate the kids, especially with regards to IsoFix features. Braden was incredibly patient throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the answers to my MANY questions. I ended up choosing the Seat Alhambra as it fit within my budget and had decent mileage. It’s the perfect fit for what I needed. I’ll definitely be returning to CWM when it’s time for a new car, and I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. Plus, they’re conveniently close to us which makes it even better!

Back in August my wife and I purchased a Mercedes B-Class from Crompton Way Motors, and although I’ve been working away since we collected it, Elle has been driving it and loves it. The car’s running great. To be honest I made a bit of a bold decision by buying it online without seeing it first, which is unlike me. We've driven past Crompton Way Motors almost every day for the last couple of years, as it's just 5 minutes down the road on our kids school run. I'm not sure why we hadn't stopped in sooner, but I'm glad we finally did. From start to finish, the experience was excellent, and the whole team made us feel valued. As a family-run business, it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers—definitely not the "just another number" feeling you get at some places. We initially spoke with Harvey, the owner's son, who took the time to listen carefully to our needs without any rush. Although he’s fairly new to sales, he was supported by more experienced team members when needed, and everything ran smoothly. By the end of the day, we had spoken to almost everyone on the team, and their service was top-notch throughout. The 3 Series we purchased was absolutely spotless when we picked it up. The only minor hiccup (and I’m being picky here) was that the private plate wasn’t removed before our arrival, but that was sorted quickly without any hassle. Overall, it was a seamless process, and we're glad we finally stopped in. We won’t be going anywhere else for our car needs in the future!
