I had the pleasure of meeting Jake, an exceptional person recently, and I must say that my experience was truly outstanding.
I found a beautiful car on AutoTrader and with a phone call and Jake’s excellent help and professionalism could reserve it right away- the car was not advertised and I truly felt gratitude and my purchase protected.
From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with a big smile and a genuine enthusiasm.
The car was in amazing condition just as on the videos and pictures Jake sent - Additionally, they took care of the alloys and privacy glasses. They offered a comprehensive test drive - which was the best I’ve ever had in my life- to ensure that I was comfortable with its performance.
Jake’s personality and expertise made the entire car buying experience seamless and enjoyable.
The staff at Crompton Way Motors not only knowledgeable, but they also have a remarkable ability to connect with customers on a personal level. Their friendly and approachable demeanour made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

I fell across this company purely by chance and wow I'm so glad I did. From initial contact to the car being delivered to my door the service was exceptional. I would recommend these guys 100% the most professional, helpful and friendly car purchase I have ever made and I will definately be using again. Special thanks to Braden for your professionalism through the deal and for the delivery (despite the hills ). 2 weeks in and I love my new car and you will definately see me again for my next. I’ve just purchased a car ( Range Rover evoque) from crompton way motors, I purchased online contactless, braden kept me fully informed all the way, the car was delivered to me as arranged and the took my part exchange, if I had to give marks out of 10 I would give 11, fantastic dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone

I recently purchase a Ford Mondeo from Crompton Way and what a great place to deal with. There were no high pressure selling tactics I was just allowed to go at my pace. Jake looked after me through the process and kept me informed of progress. There were a couple of things wrong with the car when I looked at it and they said that they would be sorted before I collected it and they were plus a couple of other things they found as they were working on it. Brilliant customer service and I would buy another car from them.
