I Financed a Mini Countryman from crossroads a few months ago. The day I picked the car up I was welcomed by the team, Crossroads where very welcoming and sorted all the paper work out for me and even was kind enough to make my personalised plates up there and then! I was offered the best service and couldn’t ask for anymore. I did however fall into some major issues with the car which was NOT there fault! They was VERY quick to respond and sent me a courtesy car within days while mine went back for repairs … Now to keep in mind BMW (mini) Said I had to wait up to 4weeks for a courtesy car if went through them!! Unfortunately due to some circumstances regarding the cars fault I had to reject the car, within hours crossroads return the funds to me and as a very kind as they are let me have the courtesy which was a 27k top spec mini JCW until I was stable! Honestly the guys worked non stop trying to solve the issue and chasing manufacturers that the car went too, I want to personally thank DEAN, MARK and ALAN who got involved with this, for all there hard work! Dean carried on the good professional support as I accidentally sold back the car with my private reg on and he went out of his way sorting that out for me aswell! I will tell all my close friends and family if they ever wanted a car to go to them! And I will definitely be re purchasing a car through this company in the future! 10/10 service and 10/10 in customer support ! Can’t fault them at all! We have just bought a Skoda Superb from Crossroads Garage and it was the best car buying experience I have had - at that includes having bought brand new BMW's and Audi's in the past. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and simply a pleasure to deal with. Everything went according to the arrangements agreed, the car was ready, in perfect order and the sale guy James could not have been better. I will be going back for my next car without doubt

Crossroads Garage couldn't have been any better! The service and after sales were fantastic. I had one issue with my Mercedes, the spare key was broken but they were more than happy to help and completely covered the costs. The car was clean and in great condition and the car was a great price. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone
