We have just bought a Skoda Superb from Crossroads Garage and it was the best car buying experience I have had - at that includes having bought brand new BMW's and Audi's in the past. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and simply a pleasure to deal with. Everything went according to the arrangements agreed, the car was ready, in perfect order and the sale guy James could not have been better. I will be going back for my next car without doubt

Crossroads Garage couldn't have been any better! The service and after sales were fantastic. I had one issue with my Mercedes, the spare key was broken but they were more than happy to help and completely covered the costs. The car was clean and in great condition and the car was a great price. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone

I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish, the car they sold me is excellent, they put a years MOT on it and it flew through with no problems. They were also very polite and courteous which always helps.

All in all I was happy with crossroads Garage and would recommend them for their service and range of cars. There was a mix up with the deposit which I had to chase up but other than that everything went well.

Got a few issues I'm going to contact this dealership about soon but up as of yet Crossroads Garage have been good. I have no complaints about the service and I hope that continues in the very near future when I get in touch. At this point I recommend this dealership.
