Bought a van off these asked them to fix the fan heater just bodged it back together didn’t actually fix it asked them to replace a wing mirror. Just put a secondhand one on there. Never fix anything back or replace it with a secondhand.
Excellent service happy to accommodate any extras you may need, easy sale process. I will definitely use them again!

Great service from this family run company in Didcot. I’d been after a new van for a while as I wanted to do a conversion, the van we were initially interested in had unfortunately sold but Nathan was able to show us another one that met all of our requirements. New MOT and warranty - 5* service!

It was a mess around from start to finish so that we could not dispute a dodgy MOT. However, DVSA got involved and eventually we got a refund after dvsa called crossroads motor co. He was fully aware of selling a death trap his garage fiberglassed chassis, mounting points as well as completely missed holes with in 30cm of structural points lucky not to have killed someone e

This review really suprises me. Me and my partner have brought 3 vans from Nathan and gang and we have had no problems with them. We had a sight issue wirh one but as soon as we mentioned it the problem was sorted within 24 hours. If we were ever on the look out for another van we would 100% go back to crossroad motor co.
